I am 26 and have noticed a big change under my eyes. I have used lash serums since 2016 and stopped when everything came out about them causing orbital fat loss. My under eyes have gotten more hollow and I have pronounced veins that pop out too. Would lash serums cause this? Or is this aging? And what can be done about it? It seems early for me to have this already.

Hello, it is most likely that changes in the skin and soft tissues occurring over the last several years has contributed to the hollowing. Typically lash serums cause upper eyelid fat atrophy. They can cause some eyelid skin thinning so it is possible but more likely that it is just aging related changes. Would consider a proper eye cream and skincare routine recommended by your local oculoplastic surgeon as well as considering filler to the tear trough and infraorbital region, and maybe even a laser resurfacing treatment.
