I got belotero in my lips back in May, and this is the third time my lips have swollen up out of nowhere. I go to bed and everything is fine, and then when I wake up, just one side of my top lip is swollen. It's really sore and hard feeling too. I'm not allergic to anything and I'm not using anything different on my face or lips or eating anything different. When this happened before I went back to where I got my lips done and they said it was probably an allergy. I honestly don't think it is.

Yes, Belotero Balance is a safe filler for the lips. It usually last 3-6 months. My preferred fillers for the lips are Juvederm Ultra and Volbella as they tend to last longer then Belotero.
