Hyaluronic acid injections in nose disappeared within 4 days! Common problem? Belotero into nasal bridge.

Question

Loved my results at first but I paid £450 for it to last 6-9 months, my surgeon said 5 months minimum. Whats happened?! I don't think its swelling resolving because i could feel the sponginess of the filler at first but now that has all but gone. Will i end up having to have this repeated every week? I have spoken to tons of others who have had the exact same thing happen and they are on their 8th/10th injections, and it keeps dissolving mostly after a week! Not interested in permanent fillers.

What you probably loved at first was just swelling. As the swelling went away, so did your results. Belotero is not the best choice of filler for a non-surgical nose job and that probably explains why you are experiencing this. I would recommend a bulkier filler. Make sure you see an expert.

This is tough to answer without before and after pictures and requires an in-person evaluation. From your description, it does sound like you had swelling, which takes 1-2 weeks to resolve. It may be that a different filler (voluma, restylane, juvederm) or a touch up of additional filler is needed to achieve the look you want.
