After liposuction, can cheat meals still be an option or must I live a strict diet?

atomicgirl
Hi there, I intend to get liposuction done on my abs and flanks because those areas will not budge, let alone a good diet with barely junk food and regular exercise. I am relatively skinny too. 5’1 @ 92 lbs. I found out I am a good candidate to get liposuction in order to get rid of these areas. I am a believer in eating in moderation. I will have one donut or a cookie as a treat or pig out once a week with friends. Can this still be allowed and not have results be ruined?
