I did a microneedling with exosomes treatment and I already notice some plumpness especially between my cheekbones and under eye area after the redness of the microneedling disappeared. Yes, there are ways to get a cheaper Rhinoplasty, but when it comes to your face I don't think you want to compromise on quality. Dr. Knoll's care is amazing quality.
