Bianca Knoll, MD

I have been a long-term patient of Dr. Bianca Knoll for over 14 years. I have undergone two procedures with Dr. Knoll: an abdominoplasty and, more recently, a deep plane face and neck lift with Lipofilling. I cannot recommend Dr. Knoll highly enough. She is a master at what she does.

From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Knoll and her team have been professional, caring, and attentive. Dr. Knoll took the time to thoroughly explain each procedure, answer all of my questions, and address any concerns I had.

The results of both procedures have exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with the outcome. Dr. Knoll’s expertise and skill are evident in the beautiful, natural, and elegant results she has achieved.

I am grateful to have found such a talented and compassionate surgeon, and I highly recommend Dr. Knoll to anyone considering plastic surgery.

I had a consultation with Dr. Knoll about two weeks before Christmas last year, so I can talk only about that.
First of all, I have to say that het stuff was very polite and kind. I sought her out because I had previously undergone a brow lift procedure that worked in itself, but unfortunately, the outcome was a failure. We discussed various options and the potential risks associated with each. We also laughed a lot. She was very clear form the beginning about what was realistically achievable and what was not. I’ve had a few consultations with other surgeons since then, but none of them left me with the same good feeling that Dr. Knoll did. I was genuinely surprised when I found out how much time our conservation took-it lasted about an hour and a half, and I even missed my train! She just really takes her time. I saw some of her work, and honestly, I regret not having a consultation with her before my initial surgery since then. You can sense her education, credentials and expertise right away just by talking to her. I think every country has both good and bad surgeons, and she is one of the good ones. We are lucky to have her.
Once my financial situation and mental health are in better shape, I will visit her again to see what we will do. Do not hesitate having a consultation with her. Every cent is worth it. There are only a very few surgeons like her out there. The fact that I had to compete a questionnaire about my relationship with my physical appearance before my consultation already says a lot. That is very unique-at least in my experience, I’ve only encountered it once.

I had multiple procedures that fall under the umbrella of jawline contouring (chin lipo, pre jowl sulcus implant, ptotic chin correction (known as witches chin), and some fat transfer in the chin area. I also had arm lipo.

That being said, Dr. Knoll is truly a master of her craft - precise yet artistic. She understood that no “one” procedure would provide me with the results I was after and tailored a surgical plan with changes that would work together harmoniously to achieve a beautiful, balanced lower face (and arms)! I am very picky about what surgeons I let around my face (who wouldn’t be?), and
Dr. Knoll checked all my boxes. She is extremely credentialed, board certified, published, has spoken numerous times at medical conferences, and has amazing and natural results that speak for themselves. Despite her impressive background, she retains humility and is a joy to speak with!

Additionally, her patient care coordinator, Valerie, is extremely kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. She made the process so easy, from scheduling to post-op care. Valerie takes Dr. Knoll’s practice to the next level by peeling back a layer of complexity that comes with the administrative portion of a plastic surgery journey.

RESULTS:
I am now 6 weeks post op. I absolutely love the smoother contours of my lower face as it brings more balance to my overall facial harmony. Additionally, my arms are now a beautiful, slender shape and size that matches with the rest of my body. I couldn’t be happier with my results!

I had upper and lower blepharoplasty with regenerative lipofilling in the lower eyelids just over a year ago, and I couldn't be happier! My results are fantastic - I finally feel like myself again. Dr Knoll and Valerie were both always available to answer any questions, and thoroughly explained every step of the process. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

In 2021, I underwent a complex revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Bianca Knoll. She is very likable but also one of the few surgeons in Europe that match up to US plastic surgeons and I have great results. I fully recommend going to her especially for more complex procedures!

What I liked about her initially is that her credentials and expertise are pretty impressive. She graduated from Yale University and was trained by some of the most renowned doctors in the field (like Dr. Rod Rohrich). She seems to be up-to-date with newest surgery methods and has a fancy posh office which makes other plastic surgeons in Germany look like "Wald-und-Wiesen" doctors ( amateurs). I did another smaller procedure with another surgeon this year and regret so much not going to her.

After a primary rhinoplasty more than 5 years ago my nose was pretty thin, over-projected and collapsed. In a difficult surgery, she turned it into a very natural looking and proportional nose. I don't want to post pictures here but recently my nose was compared to that of the actress Ella Purnell and I sometimes receive random compliments on it.

It took some time but I really learned to appreciate Dr. Knoll's natural-looking results. To be honest, I was pretty keen on keeping my unnaturally upturned nose but she convinced me that this won't age well. About a year after the revision surgery with her, I visited a well-renown surgeon to ask whether he would advise another revision to lift my tip again - he refused, told me that my revision is "excellent work" and sent me home :-)

Refreshingly, she also advises against unnecessary surgeries. My first consultation with her was online and I asked for another procedure. She advised me against it but pointed out that I might want to look into a nose revision. When I saw her in person she told me that my nose looks better in person and that it's up to me whether I want a revision or not. This made me feel like she is not only in it for the $ but that she really cares about good results. She's also great at expectation management and told me what can and cannot be corrected beforehand always stressing that "better is the enemy of good". I feel that the few people posting negative reviews here probably did not have realistic expectations or could not deal with her refusing to do unnecessary revisions. If she does not believe that something would look better on you or make a significant difference, she will let you know!

As someone who lived in both, Germany and the US, I was positively surprised about her prices. She's probably at the mid to higher end of prices for a German surgeon but in the US getting surgery from someone like her would probably cost 4x as much. My revision surgery (that was initially scheduled to be 5 hours) was a bit less than 10k Euro including the anesthesia. Honestly, if you live in the US and are looking for a good surgeon I'd consider going to her, especially if it's a complex procedure. It's like getting American-level quality at European-level prices!

If you are considering breast lift/reduction surgery, just do it with her. After many months of research I found her info and I was very impressed with her medical training and certifications. She is a certified plastic surgeon in USA and Europe. During my appointment, she was very thorough with her proposed procedure and provided answers to all my questions. I wanted to go "small" and also to do a lift without implants. She explained every step of the surgery and recovery but also provided her professional input and recommended a size that was smaller but not too small for my body. Valerie is also great with answering questions and providing prompt responses. Being a latina, I considered doing this surgery in Colombia or Dominican Rep, but I was afraid of the recovery time and unavailability of follow up appointments. Dr. Knoll provides several appointments as part of her packet and continues to evaluate your progress after (6-8) weeks of surgery. That provided me with the extra confidence I needed. I am very happy with Dr. Knoll's services and thankful I chose her. 100% recommended!

This is me buying my new size BRA. I still have to get used to it because I was not used to use this styles. Mine were always the old lady super ugly-looking bras. Recovery was not painful at all. Feel free to ask any questions!

First class experience and a life changing procedure. I can’t say enough about Dr. Knoll and her staff. Due to years of yo-yo dieting and having 4 children, my body was suffering a lot of the consequences from such events. After extensive work with a mental health professional, and a lot of self reflection and growth, I decided to listen to my body and seek surgical repair options. I found Dr. Knoll while searching for a surgeon that would fit into my holistic approach to long term self care. It was imperative (for me) to find a doctor that would be candid and honest with my needs vs. my wants. Dr. Knoll gave me her recommendations, and I was surprised and how comprehensive her recommendations were. I am writing this review one year after surgery (extended tummy tuck, lipo 360, diastases repair), and have no words to describe how my life has changed since. I feel, now, as though all the work I’ve done before surgery (with the mental health professionals and my own self reflection and growth) are all coming together in a tangible way. Dr. Knoll is obviously highly skilled, and her office values a patient’s discretion and dignity. She and her staff truly provided a bespoke experience, and I feel as though she has given me a fresh new chapter in life. I am eternally grateful for the thorough care of Dr. Knoll and her very professional team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care.

Dr. Knoll was totally realistic and transparent throughout the whole process. She is so professional I knew I was in the right hands. Yes, there are ways to get a cheaper Rhinoplasty, but when it comes to your face I don't think you want to compromise on quality. Dr. Knoll's care is amazing quality. She won't let you request anything that will look unnatural or not fit your natural features. I knew exactly what I was going to get and am super happy with the results.

Dr. Knoll is by far one of the best surgeons I've worked with professionally and as a patient. She is meticulous, personable, and simply good at what she does. She has an understanding of what you (the patient) is looking for and aims to bring you to the desired look - and succeeds! I 100% endorse her work!

I’m an American military spouse living in Germany, and a mother of 5. I did a lot of research over 2 years. I scheduled multiple consultations with different surgeons in Frankfurt Germany. I contacted Dr. Knolls office and spoke to Valerie, and I was instantly comfortable and scheduled a consultation with Dr Knolls. When I met Dr Knolls and spoke about what I was looking for, I knew instantly that she was the surgeon for me. I was looking for a very natural mommy makeover.She is very knowledgeable, personable, and I felt she would take great care of me throughout my journey. Appointments and contact was so quick and always worked for my schedule. Valerie is amazing to work with and does a wonderful job coordinating everything.
