Thank you for your question and photos.  Yes, in short, liposuction is a great tool in your situation to help remove unwanted fat and improve the shape and contours of the abdomen and sides.  This will not, however, tighten stomach muscles.  A tummy tuck does this.  Depending on how much loose skin you have, this is another potential option but an in-person exam is really needed to fully evaluate.  Best wishes.

 There is no doubt that liposuction works and helps contour the body and get rid of fat deposits in stubborn areas. However it is the most imprecise thing we do in cosmetic surgery. It is not excision with a scalpel… It is vacuuming.  Because of this, some areas can become wavy after Liposuction and some areas are worse than others and some age groups are worse than others. I think the number one tricky area is the inner thigh and number two is the abdomen! So if you are looking to expose your tummy in a bikini .... be aware that you might not be happy if too much is removed. As far as age, after 40 years old, things can get a lot more wavy as well so if your goal is only to fit and feel better in clothing and not show your tummy, Lipo is a great solution. Otherwise just be aware and be careful! 

Based on your photos it appears that you would be a good candidate for liposuction of your abdomen waist and flanks. Artfully performed liposuction will narrow your waistline and create a beautiful S curve through your midsection.
