Can liposuction help to remove a ring of fat at base of front of neck?

lkeesee I appreciate your concern, however I doubt that liposuction of your neck area will affect your sleep apnea in either way. Liposuction is an excellent option for troublesome fat of the neck area, but for purely cosmetic reasons.
