I'm a 24 year old , never had kids but have struggled with immunity problems . I have done my research and I really don't think breast implants are the best choice for me . I just personally hate the way my breast sit and because I have such fair skin it's hard to see my Areolas . I do know I want a lift but I also don't want to be completely flat chested and left with huge scars .
Answer: Breasts Fat will not lift your breasts. You could consider minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion or ThermiTight to help tighten and lift with very small scars. it, however, is not a full lift.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear Sdgirl4434, fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts. In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Don't want huge scars - would fat transfer work on me? Hello @Sdgirl4434, thank you for your question. Fat transfer can be a great option if you don’t want huge scars and are looking to add some upper volume. It's a procedure with minimal scarring that involves transferring fat from the body to the breasts, which can provide natural fullness and some shape. However, bear in mind that fat transfer does not provide a different shape or lift so if you are hoping for more dramatic results in terms of lifting or reshaping then this may not be suitable for you. Make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon before making any decisions! Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Fat grafts don't work like implants Although your breasts sag and your nipple areolar complex are in a dependent position, your skin is robust and tightly elastic, making fat grafts ineffective at producing projection and upper pole fullness. 'Immunity problems' are not a contraindication to safely get silicone gel breast implants, so your 'research' is off, which is ok because lay persons don't really do research, they internet surf finding erroneous information. Go to a great surgeon and get the implants and the lift.
