I'm a 24 year old , never had kids but have struggled with immunity problems . I have done my research and I really don't think breast implants are the best choice for me . I just personally hate the way my breast sit and because I have such fair skin it's hard to see my Areolas . I do know I want a lift but I also don't want to be completely flat chested and left with huge scars .

'Immunity problems' are not a contraindication to safely get silicone gel breast implants, so your 'research' is off, which is ok because lay persons don't really do research, they internet surf finding erroneous information. Go to a great surgeon and get the implants and the lift.

Answer: Breast surgery Fat transfer is an option but despite what you may have read on line the results aren’t great. Take a look at some before and after photos and bear in mind that surgeons are showing their best work. Implants work far better and if you don’t lie the idea of silicone, saline works well too
