fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. Hello @Sdgirl4434, thank you for your question. Fat transfer can be a great option if you don’t want huge scars and are looking to add some upper volume. It's a procedure with minimal scarring that involves transferring fat from the body to the breasts, which can provide natural fullness and some shape. However, bear in mind that fat transfer does not provide a different shape or lift so if you are hoping for more dramatic results in terms of lifting or reshaping then this may not be suitable for you. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Although your breasts sag and your nipple areolar complex are in a dependent position, your skin is robust and tightly elastic, making fat grafts ineffective at producing projection and upper pole fullness. 'Immunity problems' are not a contraindication to safely get silicone gel breast implants, so your 'research' is off, which is ok because lay persons don't really do research, they internet surf finding erroneous information. Go to a great surgeon and get the implants and the lift.

Fat transfer is an option but despite what you may have read on line the results aren’t great. Take a look at some before and after photos and bear in mind that surgeons are showing their best work. Implants work far better and if you don’t lie the idea of silicone, saline works well too

Fat will not lift your breasts. You could consider minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion or ThermiTight to help tighten and lift with very small scars. it, however, is not a full lift.

Your breast size and your serials are fine. Your nipple/areola location is far too low. You would be best served with either a periareolar (around the nipple scar) or possibly a lollipop mastopexy (lift).

You look to be a good candidate for a breast lift with fat transfer. Seek consultation with an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon for a more in depth history about the "immunity problems," examination and discussion of your options and expectations. Good luck!

Fat transfer can increase your breast size by 1/2 to maximum 1 cup. The procedure is reasonably good for increasing breast size, but it does not change breast shape. Most people do not seem to comprehend the concept of breast shape and volume as being two very different Outcomes. In your case I think it is the shape of your breast that is of primary concern and fat transfer is not a good option to restore volume in the upper half of your breast. It will not give you a lift or change your volume distribution. Fat transfer will give you the same breast, but a larger version.
Nobody wants scars on their breast, but a breast lift is what’s required if you want to lift your nipple, areola complex up onto your chest wall in a more attractive position. Likewise, an implant is a far better procedure if you want to restore volume in the upper half of your breast.
Nobody has to have cosmetic surgery, so you should not have any procedure unless you feel comfortable with the consequences. Do not, however expect procedures to accomplish something they cannot. Wishing fat transfer could give you great looking breast is not a good way to go.
Procedures should be based on having a clear understanding of what the underlying problem is.
Breast ptosis is breast, ptosis, and lack of upper pole volume is lack of upper pole volume.
The best treatment for your condition is augmentation using implants with a mastopexy.
In the end decisions to have cosmetic surgery it’s a balance between what you’re trying to achieve and what you’re willing to go through. My point is simply to have a clear understanding of what the underlying problem is as well, as having clear understanding of what procedures can, and cannot accomplish.
