I had breast explant 6 weeks ago and my right breast is dented and hard. The surgeon who performed the explant said I need a new implant but I'm adamantly about not getting any more implants. Will getting fat transfer help fill it out instead?

Answer: Bellesoma Method Fat transfer will not help with this situation. You will need a breast lift and I recommend The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Fat transfer Breast lift It would be possible to improve the dents on your breast with fat transfer but it will require multiple treatments. I suggest that you consider a breast lift as well or instead of the fat transfer
