I'm a woman who is 57 and healthy, i have always had one breast bigger than the other, it makes me self conscious, Can you take fat from my hips and upper thigh and transfer to my breasts to help them look fuller and even? I really don't want implants at my age.

However, I consider that liposculture is a better option because this procedure eliminate fat deposits in different body parts: hips, thighs, arms, back, stomach etc. Practically shaping the body. This will give you the best results long term. After a process, the fat taken from your body will be injected into your breasts to improve their shape and asymmetries. Answer: Fat grafts vs. implants Very likely that you would be a candidate for fat grafting of breasts; augmentation with implants would be much better and more predictable solution.
