Breast fat transfer is a great procedure to add a little bit of volume to improve symmetry. The fat can also be used for a breast augmentation if the goal is to be a little bit bigger but not excessively so. For someone wanting to be considerably larger either multiple procedures of breast fat transfer may be done or an implant used. Fat can be taken from anywhere that there is excess, including; the lateral thighs, medial thighs, buttocks, flanks, and abdomen as the most common choices. Fat transfer is an excellent procedure for a person who understands it's limitations, has a realistic outcome goal that is natural and wants to avoid an implant.

Seeking the opinion of a plastic surgeon that does a lot of breast fat transfer is recommended.

However, I consider that liposculture is a better option because this procedure eliminate fat deposits in different body parts: hips, thighs, arms, back, stomach etc. Practically shaping the body. Very likely that you would be a candidate for fat grafting of breasts; augmentation with implants would be much better and more predictable solution. You should discuss your options in person with a board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience in fat grafting, in particular breasts. Good luck.

In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites but other areas can be used as well. Some of the retention rate will depend upon the amount of fat transferred, as smaller volumes will likely have a higher survival.

Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. One breast is remarkably larger than the other. I recommend a lift using The Bellesoma Method. Fat transfer is a hit or miss procedure in terms of how well it works. The problem is that some or most of the fast gets resorbed. As long as you understand that going in for fat transfer you could try it out

Thank you for your question. Yes, fat grafting from other parts of your body to the breast can help make your breast look fuller, but they stay very natural looking. While implants are perky, fat grafting to the breast tends to look much more natural. In addition, usually, with fat grafting, you can only go up 1-2 cup sizes and not much more. Also, based on your pictures, a lift may also help with improving the symmetry of your breast, similar to the link I included.
If you look at the video below, you can see that any patient that I have done fat grafting, as well as body contouring. On my Instagram site, you can see other similar patients.
Of course, it is important to see a board-certified plastic surgeon in person to fully evaluate your breasts, get appropriate imaging, such as mammogram if needed, and determine if you are a good candidate for fat transfer to the breast.
