Can I get fat transfer to my breasts along with implants at the same time?

I want to get liposuction on my stomach and legs. Can all that fat be transferred to my breasts? I want to also get breast implants at the same time.

In my practice, I do have patients that request an implant with fat transfer during the same surgery which can be done at the same time.

To be sure, I recommend you have two or more in person consultations with experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.

No, fat grafting is not done at the same time as implants to avoid the risk of losing the fat grafts. Once your implants have healed and settled down, usually around 4 to 6 months, then fat can be added if needed.

Thank you for the question. Yes this is called hybrid breast augmentation, which is a combination of breast augmentation using implants and fat transfer at the same time. It is good for somebody who does not have a lot of breast tissue and wants cleavage without being very big; this allows using an implant for central volume and providing cleavage using fat grafting. This is an advanced procedure and needs to be done expertly. Best to have a virtual consultation to discuss options and to make sure you are a good candidate.

There’s no reason you can’t have those procedures done at the same time. Personally, I would not do breast-fed transfer in conjunction with implants augmentation. Implanted breast augmentation is superior to breast, fat transfer, and having implants should more or less eliminate the need for fat transfer.
Without including pictures, we can’t make an assessment. I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your community. Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat. Transfer results is more difficult than most people believe. The number of plastic surgeons who can do consistent quality, liposuction, and fat transfer work on a regular basis That is predictable is relatively few. Patient should be far more selective when it comes to choosing providers for liposuction and fat transfer than they think necessary. For that reason, I recommend patient start by having at least five in person, consultations and consider having more and less you feel very confident you found the best provider. Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat transfer is more difficult than most people believe. 
Liposuction results are permanent and irreversible. If done poorly patients can be left disfigured and poor results are often not reparable.
I typically view the torso as a single anatomic unit, and prefer to treat the entire torso, rather than doing liposuction of only the abdomen. Lower extremity liposuction is technically more difficult than treating the abdomen. Lower extremity liposuction generally has lower patient satisfaction the Liposuction of the Torso.
By treating the torso as a single anatomic unit patients are left without transition zones between treated and untreated areas. A full torso includes upper abdomen, lower, abdomen, love handles, waist, full back and under arm area. In addition, some patients may also need a Liposuction of the mons pubis, lower back and front bra roll. Liposuction should be done all the way to the edge of the breast inferiorly, laterally and as close to circumferencial as possible. Reducing the subcutaneous fat surrounding the breast helps enhance the definition of breast tissue and helps create a better more defined looking breast.
