Hello Doctors, I had a lift surgery on both breasts, reduction on one, and fat transfer to both back in 4/2023. In 2/24 we did a revision for the lift with the same surgeon without any fat transfer. I developed two big lumps in both breasts. Attached ultrasound photos and radiology report. How can we tell for sure if this fat necrosis or seroma? And what would be the technique used to get rid of them as they are big and palpable but no pain. Thank you!
I apparently have axillary breast tissue in my armpits, but I know there is fat there, too. Can the axillary tissue be used to enhance my breasts the same way the fat can? Could it be done all at once? (The fat grafting/transfer and the axillary repositioning?)
After multiple complications after two sets of breast implants in 8 years, Ive had an explant with fat graft of 200 cc per breast during explant, while my tissues were still stretched(implants were 300 low profile). Any tips or advice on how to have the best retention possible? I was an A/small B pre implant with a slightly tuberous breast. Luckily my bases stretched with the implants so my breast shape is better.
Hello, I had breast reduction on one of my breasts, breast lift on both, and fat transfer to both back in April 2023. In February 2024, I had a revision breasts lift with the same surgeon. Before the revision, I noticed a hard lump in my right breast at 2 oclock and the same in my left breast at 10 oclock but they were small. 2 months after the revision surgery, the lumps have grown significantly.Ultrasound showed fluid Collec and both are 5cm*4cm*3cm and suggest fat necrosis. Should I do FNA?
3 months after my fat grafting to breast I donated blood, and now I'm afraid it's going to cause my breasts to shrink again / lose volume / blood supply. What's the probability of it? Please don't tell me to consult my surgeon, he won't answer
My breasts are asymmetrical and one side is smaller than the other. My nipples are also puffy and sit low, and my breasts are more long than round. Are my breasts tuberous or they're just saggy? If I want to improve the appearance, would a minor areola reduction help with the fat distribution? I'm not looking to get a breast lift as I'm not keen on the scars it will leave. I'm also planning to get breast fat transfer to increase/even out the size.
Was a 32D, now a 32B post children/nursing. More concerned with enhancing shape, and understand that a half a cup size might be all I can get with transfer, but it may be the case that there's not really fat to transfer here. Would be curious to see if you see anywhere to grab from without creating new problems. If I go with implants I would take advantage of going larger. Curious to see what size you think would be good for my frame and to maintain a natural teardrop shape.
recently had a consultation for breast lift, but my surgeon conlcuded that I did not need a lift, what I had was volume loss (psuedoptosis) and that the best thing is either implants or fat transfer, since they are not that big, just need filling. I am against implants and want FT. I was wondering if FT will help make my breast feel firmer since right now they feel loose and not as firm. Also, when lying down right now they completley dissapear. Will getting FT give them shape when i lie down?
