Can Genesis Laser harm or affect you sinuses?

Laser Genesis works on your skin's surface. It does not penetrate deep enough to affect your sinuses. Hope this helps.

Laser Genesis can only have an effect on your skin within 1-2 millimeters, not deep enough to affect your sinuses. It helps build collagen in your skin, decrease large pores and capillaries, and altogether make you look younger over several treatments. I love this laser. Laser Genesis is a 1064 nm wavelength ND-YAG laser that is turned down low and treatment gives multiple pulses. It is designed to build collagen to shrink pores and efface scarring over time with several treatment sessions. Your sinuses are very deep beneath your facial bones. Even if the laser is turned up high (as we sometimes will do for laser hair removal or treating superficial pigments), it cannot penetrate or affect your sinuses. 

Laser Genesis is a very superficial laser treatment only. It only goes into the upper skin layers and targets primarily red pigments and tiny veins/vessels.  It has no ability to go to the sinus depth or affect your sinuses in any way. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
