I've tried researching but the answers seem mixed. Can you or can you not shrink enlarged pores? I have very oily skin and large pores and I'm trying to narrow down some treatments that can help with that. Laser genesis has been suggested. Is it any good? Are there better options you can suggest?
Hi, I am currently breastfeeding and am booked in for C02 laser to a surgical scar and laser genesis + V beam for rosacea. If I do not use local anaesthetic can I still have these procedures while breastfeeding? Thank you
Hi there- have option to do both RF micro needling and laser genesis. I read that RF can cause fat loss or undo some of the benefits of Laser Genesis. Am I misinformed and they are indeed beneficial to each other? Issues targeting - mild acne scarring and hoping for skin tightening / definition around jaw.
Im a 30-year-old woman with genetically inherited eye hollows which cause me to look tired all the time. I asked a doctor about fillers and he suggested I ask a plastic surgeon as he is concerned that fillers may exacerbate the problem. Would a fat transfer or a laser procedure be best?
I am 29. I am satisfied with my skin condition but want to do laser treatment for anti-aging purpose. I have fair, normal-to-dry skin. Which one of the two lasers would be more suitable? Is it a good idea to do them alternatively as they target different layers of skin? If so, in what frequency should I do each one? How long before and after the above 2 treatments should I avoid using retinol? Do I need to stop using vitamin C before and after them? Thank you!
30/F diagnosed w/ PPRosacea 10 years ago but did not use Finacea. I've had some SA peels done in the past, the laser @ Skin Laundry & IPL last summer. My skin feels so reactive still though. It will get red in splotchy shape (seen in photo) within a few hours then go away. Not sure if this is a reaction to something after I put it on or just normal with rosacea.
I've had 3 KTP treatments for redness and love the results, I want another one but laser genesis is offered as a cost effective maintenance laser to it. I am wondering since it is half the price, is it also half the effectiveness? If so, I want another KTP since I know it's reliably fixing this redness that's made me insecure for YEARS. Also, I'm getting a PicoSure focus treatment soon for pores/collagen, is it possible to do one of these other lasers in the same appointment? Thanks.
I was burned by Fraxel laser on my forehead 3 years ago. When the burns cleared, I noticed a real improvement in my scarring and pigmentation. I'd like to do a laser again, but I feel that after the bad experience, Fraxel is too aggressive. Is it risky to try Laser Genesis?
