I was a patient of Dr. Rueckl's for over 10 years because he was very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Best Dermatologist ever! I had many procedures done at lakes dermatologyand the spa including filler, fractora, tatoo removal, incisions, venus, regular facials, photofacials, and botox. I was very happy with all of my results.Thank you Dr. Rueckl!
The best Doctor ever! I've been dealing with rosacea for years and he was the only doctor who really help me. Im really glad that i find this amazing person he's so kind, professional humble. I rate 10 of 10
Dr. Rueckl is an excellent Doctor. I am one of the more complicated Artefill cases with multiple 'concrete' lumps along my right and left nasolabial fold extending down to my chin. In general, finding a Dr. who will attempt to conservatively treat these nodules is near impossible. In my case, he is using ONLY 5fu injections, which was my choice. The process is slow and takes multiple visits but is so worth it. I am thrilled with the results so far. I've actually got the shape of my chin back and my smile is much less crooked. I highly recommend Dr. Rueckl at Lakes Dermatology/Las Vegas. Thanks Dr. Rueckl! Linda S.
I'm 70 with a lot of old sun damage: brown spots, broken blood vessels, loss of elasticity, etc. All the brown spots bothered me the most. Over a couple of years I read everything I could find on IPL, including all the reviews on RealSelf. I was very wary of proceeding because of reported poor experiences by some. RealSelf is where I learned about Dr. Rueckl and his dermatology practice and spa. His spa uses the Inmode Lumecca IPL device. So I made an appointment and completed the recommended 5 treatments with no bad effects. Dr RueckI also had to treated some of my stubborn brown spots with liquid nitrogen. I couldn't be happier with the final results!! The care I received both by Dr. Rueckl and Jen in the Spa was outstanding.
Does the best lips! He's also a really skilled injector. I don't even think he numbed me, but I barely felt anything. It was nice not to do a dental block. He gave me the exact (natural) look I was going for. Not obviously fake at all but I DID get compliments on my lips from a few of my doctor friends!
Love this doctor. He is the best at painless injections. He’s also extremely good at knowing where you need something and how much you need in order to achieve a more youthful but natural appearance.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rueckl and his wonderful team! I had been referred to them by my friend, she let me know I needed some work done :) After a consultation we determined Kybella and Resolve would be a good combo. I won't lie, there was some pain after the Kybella but the results are truly spectacular! I was a bit red from the Resolve but that went away quickly and the results from that treatment were immediately apparent. I can't recommend them enough, such a well run office!
Go to Victor. Don't go to Medical SPA. Staff talks badly about MDs and is not licensed. Trust a Trained physician and Registered Nurse professional staff. You desire a trained staff member. Great results!
I seen Dr. Rueckl for Botox and Juvaderm Voluma. He was very kind and caring which is a rarity in itself for doctors these days. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable and completely numb before doing the procedure. I very highly recommend him and his staff. They are all wonderful. Thank you all so very much!!! Very Sincerely.
I have done injections in my lips for 5 years. The most recent place I went to was 100 percent cheating me out of product. I went to rueckl and I am sooooo happy with my results. He's so nice and does an amazing job. I have not looked better and he uses all the product. Def need to try him!!! He is worth it.
Hylenex can be used to remove the filler. I personally tell patients NOT to massage filler on their own, as they often make things much, much worse and move the filler around to unwanted places. This could have been what you did, especially considering you have Volbella. Small amounts of Hylenex can be injected to fix just the areas that the product is in pockets now. But please remember that removing filler is just as much as art as putting it in to begin with, so please seek an expert. My office has done more than 350,000 IPL treatments. We often see people who swear IPL doesn't work, then we do it our way, and it works. So the success of treatment is largely dependent upon your technician AND the device. This treatment is great for sun discoloration, reds, some browns, and general pigment, much like you have. Find a good local office, and not just someone with a device. Make sure the device they're using is one of the top IPL brands. Bruising on the legs can be quite persistent post Profound. In my office I delegate Profound treatments to my RN and MA to do the treatments (but I normally do the numbing blocks). Both have been trained and have far more experience hands-on that I do personally. Many offices don't have the physicians performing the actual treatments, but the patients who have these treatments done certainly are under my direct care and supervision. Your state will have guidelines on who can and cannot perform treatments, and as physicians these are what we follow. 12 Profound treatments means that your technician has over 30 hours of device experience. When you think about the fact that many people start doing injectables after a 20 hour course, I'd say your technician is newly experienced, but certainly qualified. If you have questions or issues, consult with the physician whose office you were in. Originally, only Vitrase was available so we were all using that. Hylenex is now what is used more often in the U.S. as that's what's available from most commercial medical supply companies for purchase. None are stronger than others. It's just about the size of the vial. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot be held as true medical advice, but only opinion. Most often, people need 1-3 treatments of hyaluronidase to remove fillers - for non-arterial issues. That's a general range for a "normal" amount of two syringes or so. To see if you "still have fillers" you should consult your pre photos. That would be the best way to determine it. Fillers are generally soft so unless you can feel them under the skin, you won't necessarily know they are there. As far as the dent, that appears to be general volume loss in the face. I don't see filler there. So best to consult your pre photos to see what you were trying to correct and what was there before.
