Chemical peels can be incorporated into your non ablative Yag treatment. In our practice, we often use combined treatments with chemical peels and Yag laser to help further define the skin. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Yes, they can be combined in the same treatment. It's often referred to as a "Laser Facial". Just make sure to see someone who knows what they're doing. Best of luck.
While a light glycolic peel is probably safe before laser genesis in many cases, I would recommend separating them to get the full benefit from your Laser Genesis, without worry about secondary side effects. The chemical peel can be done a few days or more later with full effect and without risks, and does not have to be diluted either.

Our first line therapy for melasma includes topical application of Melarase creams, chemical peels, laser treatment, and selective IPL. Yag laser genesis may not be the most effective tool for melasma. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Laser Genesis and for that matter other lasers do NOT add "plumpliness" of the hands. This and other lasers can treat age spots however for the best results pre and post treatment with lightening agents is required.
