What are lowest settings on laser genesis?

Laser Genesis primarily has to do with joules (of energy), so the scale is from 1-10j with 10 being the highest. It's not appropriate to always crank it up to 10j for every patient though. That can be exceptionally dangerous. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
