Hello,While this could be possible and your skin will not be as sensitive, it maybe safer to wait until you have completely healed from your facial surgery.
I would suggest to patients that they wait at least 3 months postoperatively prior to manipulating and stretching the skin of their face after surgery. I would defer the time frame needed to your operating surgeon, as he or she knows exactly what type of procedures were performed. They will be able to provide you the most accurate time frame, so I suggest you contact them as well. Good Luck
It is possible to have electrolysis on the face after a facelift and it should not cause any damage to your facelift results. It is likely that swelling is contributing to the appearance of over-correction after facelift with midface lift. Sometimes there is a degree of intentional overlifting anticipating that it will settle. These issues are best addressed to your own surgeon who will know what is normal for this...
Wearing makeup will not hinder a good plastic surgeon from seeing what needs to be done during your facelift. We are looking past the skin (and makeup) and analyzing the deeper structures of the face. I do not know of any experienced plastic surgeon who requires that you take off all your makeup...
