My face is long but my facial features are too small. Any surgery that would make my face more spaced out? (photo)

Surgery to change the position of your eyes, mouth and nose
is complex and involves breaking and moving facial bones. Without additional pictures it is difficult
to make measurements of your facial features to see what, if any, surgery is
needed. There is surgery to elongate your
face such as a genioplasty which would give you the appearance of a longer
chin. Your eyes are nicely shaped and
are the centerpoint of your face. I
would not recommend changing those. However, I would recommend that you see a board certified plastic
surgeon for an in person consultation to address your concerns.

Regarding your questions as to what, if anything, can be
done to improve the features of your face that you dislike, the analysis of
your frontal view shows that the middle third of your face is short – that is,
the distance between your brows and the end of your nose. Also, your nasal frontal angle is too
sharp and although a profile view would help to confirm my feelings, the issues
that you have with your face can be resolved through nasal surgery
(rhinoplasty), where the nasal frontal angle would be improved by adding volume
(whether it be by an implant or tissue graft) to elevate the nasal frontal
angle. At the same time, your nose
would be lengthened. The above
procedure would improve the relationship between your eyes, nose and cheeks,
and it would bring your upper middle and lower third of your face into
balance.
