So glad I found Dr. Kulick a few (ok more than a few) when I was an impulsive 20 something in search of a smaller nose. I randomly met one of his former patients who guided me in the right direction. Dr. Kulick helped me understand what I wanted- lifted tip, narrower bt my eyes, less ‘hump’ at the bridge of my nose - it was all so subtle but so drastically improved. Hi. My name is Greg Murray. In January 1992 I was electrocuted. I was burned over 70% of my body. My injuries were life threatening and was airlifted to the hospital. A decision to undertake aesthetic plastic surgery is a very personal experience. In my case, it took me several years of contemplation to take this big step. My primary concern was about finding the appropriate surgeon that had the technical skills and communication abilities that I could trust, with regards to my face. Dr Kulick is a great doctor and expert at what he does. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and trust him completely. He takes time to answer questions and will be honest. He fixed a previous botched nose job, which was complicated and helped me breath better. Also had IPL and Botox with him as well! Recommend him for sure.

I have been a patient of Dr Kulick for 18 years I first saw him as a second opinion I had just given birth to my daughter and was experiencing what another doctor had diagnosed as carpal tunnel and he had recommended surgery on both wrists. As a mother of a new born, this was a problem for me. My OB recommended Dr Kulick. He diagnosed De Quervain’s tendonitis and directed treatment that did not require surgery.

Once my De Quervain’s was treated, I asked him about my melasma that occurred following the birth of my daughter. He recommended treatment with IPL, 5 sessions, once every two weeks. I had a prescription of hydroquinone that I applied daily. The sessions took maybe 15-20 minutes. My skin would be flushed. It typically went away an hour or two following. Sometimes I might get a little scabby especially where there was more pigment on my skin. The end result was fabulous. The spots were gone and my self esteem improved. And my overall skin tone was greatly improved.

Since that initial IPL, I have done it 4 other times, most recently two weeks ago. Dr Kulick and I have determined that my melasma is hormonally triggered, so it keeps coming back in new places. The good news is the treatment is 100% effective every single time. And once the spots are gone I get a huge boost in my self esteem. As a 57 year old woman, I get a ridiculous number of compliments on my skin (really annoys my 17 year old daughter). It’s all thanks to Dr. Kulick.

If you have any hesitation about this procedure or the doctor, I would put those to rest. I trust Dr. Kulick and would have taken advantage of many of the other services he provides except I have to put my daughter through college first. And the IPL procedure for me has been a Godsend, affordable, no downtime, and guaranteed results.

I went to Dr. Kulick for an issue with my middle finger joint affecting my ability to grip. Dr. Kulick took an orderly approach to diagnosis and developing a treatment plan over several visits, and I've been able to regain function in my hand. He is an excellent clinician, and communicated effectively with me regarding risks of recurrence and options should the problem recur.

I currently live on the east coast and travel back to California to have periodic surgeries to release scar bands. Dr. Kulick and I have been doing this for 28 years now and I would never consider a different plastic surgeon. If you want superior experience and knowledge Dr. Kulick is the plastic surgeon for you.
