How long for blood vessels to go away on sides of face after facelift?

How many months does it take for all the broken blood vessels on sides of face and neck to go away after facelift? After say 3, or 6 months, if not gone, what can be done about it? What is the maximum amount of time I should wait to see if improvement? Is it likely permanent? Thank you.
