Let me start off by saying what got my attention about Smart Plastic Surgery it was definitely the price I got for 360 Lipo with a transfer to my hips with jplasma included for free offer 3750 initially I was going to book with Dr. Shanklin because he had more pictures on his profile But since I had prior Hydro gel injections in my butt, he informed me the day before surgery that he didn’t feel comfortable performing the transfer to the hips without an MRI now in MRI would’ve been an additional $280 but then they suggested that I go with Dr. Jeff because he was triple board-certified and he was an author of many novels and he was way more experienced than Dr. Shanklin. And was comfortable with operating on patients with “butt shots” With that being said, I ended up going ahead and booking with Dr. Jeff and let me tell you I do not regret it one bit. He really outdid himself on my body!!!! I look phenomenal and I’m only a few days postop mind you this is my second round of lipo, so I’ve been down this road before so I know right now it’s just swelling but the shape and the silhouette is perfection I couldn’t be happier ! Why does he not have more pics on his ig ? I have no idea ! His work is unmatched ! If you are thinking of booking with him do it this is your sign :) now in terms of the actual surgery clinic being that I am from Miami and I live in Miami I’m very familiar with a lot of the clinics and I’ve tried in the past to book with other clinics only to be discouraged by their customer service. I’ve had Lipo in the past in Miami at a clinic and the experience in terms of their customer service was horrible ! This seems to be the norm: once you make a deposit you never hear back from these people and it’s hard to get a hold of them. Let me say Smart Plastic Surgery has customer service at their top priority when I made my deposit I made it before July 4 weekend and the coordinator was texting me on her days off on the long weekend to make sure that we locked in the date to make sure that I would have the preop done in time like she really went above and beyond not only that all of my appointments they were calling me to make sure I was gonna make my appointments they were more on top of me than I was ever on top of them. They actually never gave me any reason to be on top of them because they were so on top of me lol I appreciate that so much that was what really impressed me about this clinic. This clinic was beautiful ,clean and customer service was top-notch. The women actually speak English there and if you’re from Miami, you know how difficult it is to find a plastic surgery clinic where they speak English cause you’re usually greeted by only people that speak Spanish and I only speak English so that was refreshing as well. The only downside that I could say about this clinic is probably two employees, the girl who took the remainder of my balance payment and the post op nurse in recovery !when I met with the doctor the day before for my preop we went over things that we were going to do. The doctor and I agreed that he was going to do jplasma in my armpits for free now when I want to make the remainder of the balance for the full payment on my surgery. She was trying to charge me $500 for that and I didn’t like that about her instead of her finding out and getting to the bottom about what I discussed with the doctor she was so ready to tack on $500 for nothing and I thought at that point and I said to her flat out just when I thought this wasn’t like all those other plastic surgery clinics here you are ruining that experience for me she knows who she is I don’t remember her name, my other complaint about this clinic is the post op recovery nurse so when I came out of surgery, I forgot what her name was. I think it was veraLily or VitaLily but she was horrible and seriously needs another job. Zero compassion .Her bedside manners was terrible. She was busy chitchatting with the Spanish girl beside me. I kept telling her that I was in pain. I have a very high pain tolerance mind you this is not my first surgery so coming out of recovery and knowing how nurses are supposed to be treating you and catering to you so if someone’s telling you they’re in pain they are in pain !!!!so for me to have to be screaming and crying to get her attention is ludicrous finally after throwing a fit she finally called the anesthesiologist and they finally gave me something in my drip to relieve my pain. Not only that when I asked her for water, she would ignore me in addition I told her I had to go pee. I watched her instead of like going to get the bed side pan or helping me to get up to pee she’s socializing with her coworkers to the point where I just ended up peeing right then in there in the bed in my Faja, which I’m sure upset her but this is your job help me when I need help ! Then to make matters worst she sent me home in the pissy Faja! Unbelievable she knows who she is too ! other than that everyone was great and fantastic. I highly recommend them. I highly recommend that the management look into whoever that Post Op Nurse was, and who the girl was that was taking money other than that fantastic Dr. Jeff amazing and can’t wait to see my final results.I said it before if you are looking for a sign to book with dr Jeff Miami do it ! Don’t let his lack of photos discourage you . Signed, A real dr Jeff Miami doll
I always had small breast since I can remember that’s was always my insecure spot after having my kids I thought my breast would grow but they didn’t. So I was researching plastic surgeons for about 3 years and finally decided to go with JW plastic surgery. I am 4 month post op and I will say I am loving my results.
1 day post opp! I'm sore and my back is in pain from sleeping/sitting. But I'm up and walking round and have a wonderful boyfriend to take care of me! Will upload more pics later! I had lateral mini abdominoplasty to remove excess skin from my hips from 150lb weight loss, breast lift with 500CC mentor high profile implant, and liposuction with j plasma on my inner thighs. Updated on 12 Dec 2020: Before surgery! So excited to have had this procedure. I went to Mr.W for my initial tummy tuck and him and his staff are wonderful! I trust him and am so glad to have been able to have these procedures. I'm little late in poring my before, but better laye than never Updated on 16 Dec 2020: I haven't had much pain! And I've been able to use the bathroom which is awesome. I was having some bleeding from one of my incisions but that seems to have stopped because I've applied pressure and new gauze. I've gained 14lbs since last Thursday and I feel gross! Bloated, and laying here. I can't wait to get back to the gym! Updated on 18 Dec 2020: I went for my 1 week post op visit yesterday and ended up waiting almost 1.4 hours to be seen by the nurse for 5 minutes. She said all he nurses quit on her, so I have some empathy and compassion for her, but I felt rushed, irritated and I didn’t get to ask all my questions. She told me that she would put some gauze on a piece of my incision that was till open and healing, and she didn’t, even after I asked her again to remind her in our 5 min visit. She said I am healing well though, and have good yellow bruising. My left breast is sitting much higher and swollen, my right breast is sitting much lower. I asked if that was normal, or if I was bottomed out and she said it was normal that I have swelling below and my right breast is dropping much sooner. But it’s been like this since surgery. I can push it up a bit, so idk. She told me to wed compressor garments and said “there’s a store in Fullerton”....Like ok? But which one? I’m not from the city... so I ended o just ordering one off Amazon. She said I can start my breast massages. I’ve been sleeping terribly, I’m uncomfortable, but that’s the lead of my worries I guess. No more pain! I have been reading other reviews on bottoming out and it says to wait 4-6months anyways to see results, but I’m afraid it’s displaced, more so because I felt I wasn’t even seen because she was busy... so I emailed my patient coordinator to double check and get some assurance. Updated on 21 Dec 2020: Overall regardless if I have a bottomed out implant, or if it’s just selling at the bottom, I am going to stay positive and let my body heal. I won’t be able to see results now anyways, and I know from previous experience it can take a while for swelling to subside. I did finally her from someone at the surgical center from an email I sent last Monday. So, I’ll wait to her back on my others. My next post opp is next Monday. Updated on 21 Dec 2020: Updated on 23 Dec 2020: So it’s been 13 days since my surgery and every day it’s getting a bit better. The incision under my left breast where my bra line meets the under breast is still really sensitive and becomes sore especially now that I have to wear the faja. It looks like the swelling on my right breast underneath has gone down significantly, although I’m still concerned that it’s so angled and looks a little strange, my left breast the swelling on top has gone down significantly as well everything is taken shape. I was able to receive an email from one of the patient coordinators at the surgical center and she said that she spoke with the surgeon and it’s just too early to be concerned. So I feel a bit better that someone’s at least getting back to me from the surgical place. However yesterday I did pop a stitch so I had to put some butterfly sutures on it to help keep it closed I also put some medical tape I called the medical facility but no one called me back yet so I’m gonna call them today again. Updated on 27 Dec 2020: Getting better and better each day! Still sore and uncomfortable along my bra line from the incision and my skin is super dry! I have my 2nd follow up appointment tomorrow! Going to start scar therapy with silicone roll on gel! Updated on 27 Dec 2020: Getting better and better each day! Still sore and uncomfortable along my bra line from the incision and my skin is super dry! I have my 2nd follow up appointment tomorrow! Going to start scar therapy with silicone roll on gel! Updated on 6 Jan 2021: I’m confused in the gym and it feels great! Losing this weight I gained is going to feel so good! I’m so happy with the results so far! There is one area on my hip I may have to get taken care of but it is minor! Updated on 19 Jan 2021: I’m continuing my scar treatment and breast massaging. I’ve been able to life more weight in the gym and step up my cardio which makes me super happy! I get stronger each day and I’m so happy with the results so far! My left breast still needs to drop a bit more but they look great! Updated on 13 Mar 2021: So far everything has been great! My breasts have been healing very nicely and the scars seem to be really diminishing I’m using the scar cream which is 100% silicone roll-on gel and I’m also using a cream that my doctor provided me. There is one part on my right hip that is just a bit of extra skin that my doctor said if needed we can remove it but he told me that I can just massage it for now to get rid of it and then we’ll see how it goes on my next appointment which is an April. Honestly this journey has been so amazing and I’m so happy for myself. I love it!
Hello everyone! So i have been dreaming of bigger boobs for yearssss. I started seeing doctors in January and February of this year. Due to Covid and not having the proper support, I decided to wait it out. Recently, i did one of the hardest parts...which was telling my mother. Thankfully, she was sooo supportive. I went back to Dr. Weinzweig again on 11/3 and decided to pull the trigger and schedule my surgery 11/19. Surgery started a little later than expected but overall was a great experience. Surgery staff was very helpful and nice. I've never had surgery before so i was nervous. All I remember was laying down on the table and woke up and looked down, saw my boobs and couldn't stop smiling lol! I couldn't stop saying thank you. The car ride home was easy and I've been just taking it easy, finally eating and watching tv. So far i have a picture of my before and after when i was on the operation table. I am 4'10.5" , 98 pounds and was originally 32B. I got 375cc silicone unders. Updated on 21 Nov 2020: Yesterday was pretty easy going. I was sore but no nausea, no headaches. Its now day 2 post-op and i feel the same. Some minor bruising and still sore but can do things on my own. I was able to take a shower with my bandage on this morning. So far so good Updated on 19 Jan 2021: Ive been behind with my updates. This picture was day 5. I hadn’t returned to work just yet. Nothing but soreness. Updated on 19 Jan 2021: I returned back to about a week ago. Still had to sleep on my back but able to drive and move around at work.
I've been contemplating on this procedure for years. After my Coworker age 65, went to JW Plastics for 360 Lopo and hey did a marvelous job so I booked my procedure as well. The process was quick and easy. Only hard part was choosing my implant size. The day before my procedure was very intense just thinking of all the botched surgeries and what not. When I woke up I immediately took a picture to see my results and I noticed one implant was very higher than the other :(. Unfortunately I was too high to say anything. Army follow up I expressed my concerns and the NP told me to make sure I do breast exercises (correctly). I must say that I had faith in my doctor and his team. As patients we must do exactly what they say upon discharge for best results. And that's exactly what I did and this is my results....Thanks JW Plastic!!
I spent hours upon hours looking at doctors online and went to a few consultations. Nobody really made me happy and i didn't feel confident in any pick, i figured i would go to miami or somewhere out of state to get my breast augmentation because no where in Chicago really had results that I liked, until I found Dr Weinzweig's work. Almost immediately, after scrolling through a couple of before and after photos i though, this is the one. I read all of the reviews, and knew he was the doctor who would do my breast augmentation. I called and set up an appointment and had my phone consultation and everyone at the office is so kind and goes above in beyond in helping you feel comfortable. I did a lot of research over the years so I knew what I wanted , but i still had a lot of questions and I was always able to get a fast and thoughtful response. I am 5'7, broad shoulders, wide hips, and a very wide chest cavity. I love drastic but natural results, A lot of doctors told me they would do 600+ ccs but Jeffrey told me they would fit my body good and that he is confident in doing procedures with that size. My surgery was yesterday, I got 800ccs (the largest you can get with silicone gel) and I am so happy. I already feel 100x more confident in my body. I was so scared about recovery, I read somewhere that the larger you go, the worse recovery is. I had no nausea , no headaches, I had an appetite right after. I feel great today and am taking my pain pills once every six hours , but i think after tomorrow i won't even need them, my pain is 3.5/10. it's nothing, i feel great. i can walk i can eat i am HAPPY. Dr. Jeffrey Weinzweig changed my life and I'm so happy. I'm swollen as hell and they haven't dropped obvious but everyone is already saying how great and natural they look. I'm tearing up writing this to be honest. I'm just thrilled and can't wait to see what they look like when I am healed. I'm planning on going to him for my BBL eventually. Such a smooth, easy, and fun process. I will recommend him and his office to anyone and everyone who ever brings up wanting work done. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to everyone at JW plastic Surgery. Will post my results when they heal Updated on 30 Jul 2020: it’s now over four weeks but here is a three week post op photo update Updated on 21 Aug 2020:
I've now been to Dr. Weinzweig for two procedures: first, chin lipo, then lipo 360 (full abdomen, flanks, upper back, plus I asked him to do my arms) Overall I'm pretty satisfied with his work and would recommend him to others. I'll probably go back to him for another procedure, in fact. PROS: (1) He's very experienced and competent. Don't let the good prices fool you into thinking he's a shady or second rate doctor. I worried about this initially, but I found that his credentials are great and he's very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly knows what's he's doing. I’ve had no irregularities, and my chin looks great. He also has a nice sense of shape in the torso, and focused my 360 procedure on the upper waist and flanks, which carved out a nice hourglass shape. I’ve seen some lipo afters where the patients look sort of board-like, and I’m glad he doesn’t do this. There's artistry there. (2) His facilities are very nice. They're well-located but still are fully operational surgical facilities with an anesthesiologist on staff. The office areas are very nice as well. Again, it's the real deal, not a weird backroom. (3) He doesn’t go overboard. He’s been frank with me about procedures I don’t need, and the limitations of certain procedures. While this can sometimes lead to slightly less dramatic results (see below,) I’d prefer a careful surgeon to an over aggressive bargain one who removes too much fat, causing aesthetic imperfections and/or serious health issues. As much as I love the before and afters of those Colombian instagram docs, I don’t feel that you can safely get those results in one go. (4) The prices. Once I’d ensured that these other factors were met, I chose Dr. Weinzweig because his specials were a great deal. Many surgeons get huffy when you ask them about price, urging you not to comparison shop and to just pick the best doctor for you. I get what they're saying--you don't want to compromise your safety or your results. That said, some doctors’ costs make these procedures out of reach to me and many others. I saw one—in Iowa, no less—who quoted me nearly $12k for these lipo procedures. Weinzweig likely has the skill and experience to charge more, but he charges less because (I assume) he does a large volume of procedures. I didn't feel like I was getting an inferior result because I paid less. NOW. I do want to note a few cons. (1) Lack of personalized attention. The staff will listen to your concerns and make sure you’re comfortable, but you definitely can sort of tell that you’re one of many, many patients they’re seeing that day. I’m willing to forego this concierge treatment for lower costs, but it’s something to consider. The doctor is perfectly nice and helpful, but I’ve probably spoken to him a total of 30 minutes in my life. It just feels a little more rushed, a little more impersonal, not as much follow up. More in and out. (2) A tiny bit conservative with fat removal. As I said above, I’d rather this than for him to be too aggressive, and I’m satisfied with my results and feel they’re quite noticeable. That said, I have found with both lipo procedures that I wanted a little more. After the chin, there was a small amount of residual fat left over. Not super noticeable, but definitely there. I asked one of his staff physicians about this, and they told me to try and lose weight, which sort of annoyed me. I actually DID end up doing that, but the little bit of fat remained. He removed it for a nominal fee during my 360 procedure, which helped. Similarly, while my lipo 360 looks quite nice overall, I did find that my arms didn’t show much of a difference since he only took fat out of the back. It’s pretty subtle. Granted, I have fat, muscular arms, and only doing the back is standard for arm lipo, since other areas are more tricky. But I’ve seen good results when doctors remove more fat around the outer arm. I’m planning on getting additional lipo on the arms, and might look into doctors who specialize in more “cutting edge” arm procedures. Basically, he’s going to play it on the safer side. You will definitely like your results, but they might not be quiiite as dramatic as you’d like. If I were paying full price, I’d find this more of an issue, but for the price, I think it’s still a great deal. Like I said, overall I’d totally recommend him. If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely encourage you to go for a consult.
I went to a lot of different locations before coming to him and I have to say he was my favorite . He makes you feel comfortable and listens to everything you ask for . Everyone in the office is so helpful and kind as well . I really recommend that you go to JW PLASTIC SURGERY
My procedure was done on 5/4/2019. The moment I got to the office I felt great. The staff was very friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable. The procedure went well and I'm recovering great. I highly recommend.
Since I was in high school I knew I wanted to get my breast done. So I went to see the staff at JW and everyone was so nice, helpful and welcoming will be returning in the future. Loved my whole experience with them!
Thanks for your question. While a tummy tuck will improve the contour of your abdomen while tightening the muscles in the midline, I don't believe it will have any significant effect on bladder position. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated in person.
Thanks for your question and congrats on the weight loss! Three months is definitely a safe time point to proceed with a tummy tuck procedure assuming your health status hasn't changed. Have a board certified plastic surgeon evaluate you and move forward!
Thanks for your question and congrats on the weight loss! The best approach to address your concerns would be an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with simultaneous liposuction of the flanks, upper abdomen, lateral back and lower back. This can all easily and safely be done during one procedure. Of course, you should meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated in person and discuss your goals directly with that physician.
Thanks for your question. The best way to address the droop or ptosis of the breasts as well as the asymmetry is with a breast lift procedure (mastopexy). If you wish to have additional fullness an augmentation with breast implants can be performed simultaneously.
Thanks for your question. Based on your photos you appear to be an excellent candidate for liposuction to remove the fullness of the flanks or 'love handles'. You could also do liposuction of the abdomen to improve your overall contour. Wearing a compression garment after surgery for 6 weeks will ensure an excellent contour down the road.
