Is it ok to wear bangs post FUE for hairline restoration?

I'm on day 4 post FUE, I'm female with long hair and bangs. I've started shampooing the recipient area today and wondering as I let my hair dry out if it's ok to continue wearing my bangs, or if I should have the recipient area free of anything touching it. I had my hair back until today. Thanks in advance.

You can wear your hair in any style after your surgery.  If you wish to wear bangs after surgery, then go ahead.  If you believe there is an issue, discuss your concern with your doctor.

At this time, feel free to wear the bangs! Not a problem at all.  Just make sure to avoid wearing headbands or anything that can constantly rub or put pressure on the grafts.  Continue with the graft care as your doctor recommended.  Congratulations on your procedure!

Wearing bangs are fine.  Avoid hats, however, for now.  Congratulations on your hair transplant!

Bangs are completely fine! Just avoid wearing anything that puts pressure on the hairline like hats and head bands. Continue to follow your post operative care instructions for best results.

That shouldn't be an issue at this point- it'd probably help to camouflage the area while it heals better, too.

I see no issue with this and it actually works very well to camouflage the scabbing from the grafts. I would just recommend that if you are using a brush or a comb in this area that you are extra careful around the grafts...at least for the 1st 7-10 days.

Bangs are a great way to cover the frontal work from a hair transplant. Even for men, I advise them to comb their hair forward for cover
