I have gaps in my donor area after FUE one month post op?

There is no such thing as NO SCAR FUE.  You will always have gaps and little round areas of hypopigmentation after FUE when you shave your head.

500 is a small number of follicles to see a permanent visible difference.  You likely are experiencing shock loss which should subside in a few months.  PRP therapy may help.  Speak to your doctor about this versus just waiting.

Thank you for your question. Given the low number of grafts, I doubt the area was over-harvested. Without pictures it is difficult to say what is causing this. It is possible you have some shock loss that should fill in over the coming months to a year. This occurs in approximately 5% of hair transplant cases and can occur in either the donor or implant areas. The follicles that are removed from the donor region will not grow back. They will now grow where they are transplanted

Of course, with shedding you will see many grafts until the new hair comes in somewhere betweem 4-6 months from now
