Donor area is healing well but only thing which is bothering me is redness on scalp and pimples. When i touch those areas where there are pimples it hurts. My doctor said i should leave it but it hurts. They said i should use kids saltwater in donor area if itching but i its itching on top area also but i never used saltwater there.

Answer: Pimples following hair transplant Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. Boils or pimples can be a sign of two things. First, grafts that have been transected and subsequently implanted can result in an ingrown follicle that gets secondarily infected. The second option is a straight up infection. I suspect the first is the cause of your problem. They can be treated with hot water compresses and antibiotics and should resolve.
