Thank you for your pictures! More so than the distance, what is really telling is the tooth show at present when your mouth is slightly agape. from a pure "distance" standpoint, it could be shortened. however, since you already have some tooth show and with the narrowness of the nose, you may find that only the middle comes up if you go too aggressive. I would recommend doing a muscle suspension on the sides in order to ensure everything comes up uniformly. In this case, at least in my mind, its not about making it uber short, but rather having it fit the rest of the proportions of your face. Hope that helps answer some questions!

Thank you for your question! Each one of those procedures addresses different things, so it really depends on what your goals are to be honest. Lip lift will address the proportions of your lower third, aid with volume a little bit, and help with pout. There are some modifications that I will do in some patients depending on the goals to address either more roll, or more shape, or pout, or more volume, but that is based on a case by case basis. A V-Y will address lip tone and give some volume. but if you are looking purely for volume you will be disappointed. its a good procedure for those that have excessive tooth show to start. the dermal fat graft will provide volume, not as much definition. but its a great procedure for volume. Hope that helps!

Thank you for your question! Based on your picture, A lift lift is certainly reasonable. However, there are a couple other things that come into play. Such as the rest of your facial proportions, your facial skeleton, as well as the amount of tooth show you have right now. Regardless, I would recommend seeking a consultation because you might be a great candidate for that kind of procedure. Hope that helps!

Hi and thank you for your pictures! I agree, I think that there’s a couple goals that should be achieved in your lip lift. One is addressing the corners. We want to try and get those to roll out as much as possible so that better balance is your lower lip. 2 you wanna address that asymmetry too. It’s not gonna be perfect, but it’ll be much better after a Lift for sure. And three getting that roll as I mentioned before will improve your overall lip appearance. It’ll also improve the harmony of your lower face proportions. I think you’d be a great candidate.

Hi! Thank you for your question in your picture! It really depends on the state of your occlusion. What that means, is how your teeth fit together. If your teeth fit together, you’d be a very good candidate for a chin implant. It’s a small incision that can be done just underneath the chin or inside the mouth depending on your preference. And then advance with an implant to your liking such that your contour and profile is perfect. Conversely, if there are some dental issues, then you’d want to address those first because doing surgery on the bone itself may be more beneficial in improving the overall profile. Hope some of this helps.

Hi! Thank you for your question in your pictures. It’s a little tricky, because ideally we’d have to examine you in person to best determine what you need and what you definitely do not need. Proportions are based on measurements, but as you know, no face is a mathematical equation. So we use them as guidelines but what’s really important to is understanding donor density as well as scalp electricity. So things get a little tricky going from there. Unfortunately right now is not the time for an in person consultation, but as things are down seeking a more formal consultation could probably help guide the way a little bit better. Hope some of this helps!

Hi! Thank you for your question. To be honest with you, it’s more important to address the dental issues first prior to doing a lip lift. Particularly in your case. Since you already have to throw, addressing the teeth will affect health…. Once that is set, then you can address any sort of length discrepancy of the soft tissue. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your picture! As far as lip lift is concerned, wed have to do a more detailed consultation to figure out your goals and determine adequate proportions. as you mentioned, shortening the hairline and lifting the lip will change your overall proportions, and the last thing we would want is to leave you with a elongated labiomental distance (long appearing chin). In regards to the hairline advancement, you absolutely are a candidate. would just have ot determine degree of laxity in your scalp, as well as how your temporal peaks are in order to figure out optimal hairline placement. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your pictures! Based on your pictures alone, I agree with your assessment. improving the contour of the lower half of your face is where you should be focusing on. buccal fat reduction as well as chin enhancement will improve the jawline and contour of your lower third. During consult we'd have to talk about your dental/orthognathic history in order to best figure out what kind of implant you may benefit from as well as whether you may also need some botox to the masseter down the line. I think you'd be surprised by doing these two procedure how that would affect the overall perception of your nose. I hope some of this helps!Dr. M

Thank you for your pictures! If you have a family history, then you likely are a good candidate. In truth, you'd have to do a consultation in order to really get a good idea as to what you are shooting for and whether or not you would benefit from it. Its a great way to get that last little bit of contour, and in men it can do wonders to help define the jawline by creating a shadow above it. Judicious removal is the most important thing though! In general its a 20-25 minute procedure with minimal downtime for most. Hope some of this helps! Best of luck,Dr. M
