Can I have lower abdomen liposuction if I had an umbilical hernia repair previously? (photos)

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on these pictures, it appears that you also have excess skin above and below your belly button. Liposuction alone, would not help you improve that, in fact, it could make it more noticeable. You probably would benefit from an abdominoplasty, but in order to decide that, I encourage you to undergo an evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. Also, it is important to identify if you have any recurrence of your hernia.
