This year, I decided I was ready to have an arm lift. I did a lot of research before selecting four Northern California surgeons to consult with. My first appointment was with Dr. Ashley Thorburn at Napa Solano Plastic Surgery. By the end of that consult, I knew Dr. Thorburn was the surgeon for me. She was kind, compassionate, and engaged. Most importantly, she had a tremendous amount of knowledge about my procedure. She was up to date on all the latest methods, and really knew how to sculpt a beautiful arm. She was also (among all my consults) the only surgeon that seemed genuinely excited to help me achieve my aesthetic goals. My arm lift was exactly two weeks ago, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that the results have exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Thorburn is truly an artist—skillful and meticulous—with a keen eye for beauty and proportion. I arrived for my surgery with saggy upper arms that were totally out of balance for my frame, and left with slender, sculpted ballerina arms that get more amazing by the day. Surgery can be a daunting proposition, but Dr. Thorburn and Napa Plastic Surgery made the experience utterly seamless. Their office in Vacaville is gorgeous. Every single member of staff I’ve encountered has been unfailingly competent and kind. Bethany and Heather are absolute stars. Even my anesthesiologist, Dr. Bonzani, was fantastic. He really took the time to learn about my pre-existing conditions, and to assuage my anesthesia fears. Every step of the way, I always felt I was in the best and safest hands. I’m notoriously difficult to please. I honestly didn’t expect to be this happy with my post-surgery results. I was hoping for, at best, a “good” outcome. What I got instead was plastic surgery perfection. I’ll post before and after pics soon. In the meanwhile, I’ve already scheduled a mommy makeover with Dr. Thorburn for early next year. Can’t wait!

At first I had an hard time getting all of the different appointments together. But once I decided to finally get my breast enlarged. I always wanted to have bigger breast and now I do!!! So happy with how everything turned out!!!

I lost over 120 pounds and had TONS of lose skin and sagging breasts. After three children on top of that, I looked like a deflated balloon. I had a 'flur de lis" tummy tuck, and an accompanying breast lift with Dr. T. I LOVE my results. My waist is snatched, my breasts look 100% better, and I even found that my back and love handles were all tightened up in the process. I am running, not walking, back to her for all my cosmetic needs. She really went above and beyond. I am no longer avoiding the mirror or shimmying into spanx!

Dr. Thorburn does such amazing, natural looking work. She is very kind, humble and constantly reminded me of how good i already look without surgery. Many people to include my lymph masseuse seen my incisions and said they look like little paper cuts! I can tell she has great attention to detail and my incisions you cant even tell where they're at! The lipo she did on me was very even, which i was afraid of but no lumps. My stomach is flat & snatched hunty!!! I had a breast fat transfer and my boobs went up a whole cup size!!! I love love my results and i would continue to choose Dr Thorburn as my plastic surgeon as i can tell she truly loves what she does! Thank you for giving me the body i always wanted! To me, your the G.O.A.T!!!!

Dr. Thorburn. AMAZING! I was soooo skeptic and very nervous to get my breast reduction. I would only hear horror stories of others who got theirs done at other surgeon offices. However, Dr. Thorburn was so great form beginning to end. I was around a F/G cup size. I am now sitting comfortably and fitting in a C cup and small D cup. They are PERFECT! I am soo happy to finally have them done and Dr. Thorburn was just the doctor I needed to perform the surgery. She was confident, calm, comforting, and knowledgeable. Any questions I had, she was ready to answer. My pre-op appointment was a great help in calming my nerves, then the day of the procedure, she came in excited for me, talking to me about the procedure and everything to expect when I was up from surgery. I could tell her whole staff was excited to be working with her and no one had anything bad to say about her. All good vibes from day one. My recovery was one week of rest and minimal walking. Now I am back to being active in long walks. I am one month post surgery, my scars are healing SO well. I am fair skin and a red head, so scarring and bruising is no joke. My bruising was bad the first week and a half. Now my scars are so skinny and light, because Dr. Thorburn's stitching was tight and professionally done. I have been waiting 10years to have this procedure and I am so mad I waited for so long! But...SOO happy I waited and got Dr. Thorburn! My back pain and neck pain is gone! For size and body image reference, I am 5'7", 165lb. I had size F/G cups(larger than DDD). I am now a small D, full C.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Thorburn. She immediately made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Immediately after my appointment, I received a call from the coordinator. So far I had a great vibe. I am going to proceed with scheduling my surgery. I'm so excited finally I decided to move forward with the mommy makeover!! Updated on 23 Aug 2022: I had my mommy makeover August 17th, tomorrow I go in for my first week appointment. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. Dr. Thorburn was very informative and patiently explained the process.
