There are lots of non-surgical facial treatments you can have but I don’t think any of them are going to give you what you want.Your post makes it a little difficult to even understand what your concern is. issues around the lower 1/3 of the face tend to be based on facial skeleton dynamics especially with people who have a mandible that’s small in comparison to the Maxilla.People who are our overweight will show excessive fat interface and neck as well.I suppose Kybella is a non-surgical fat reducing treatment for a double chin though personally I think Liposuction is a much better option.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
