Is liposuction possible after cryotherapy/CoolSculpting on abdomen? (Photo)

Based on your photo you have 3 main issues on your abdomen: which cause a very protruding appearance: Visceral fat which can only be reduced by losing weight, very loose muscle which will only improve reducing the visceral fat and tightening doing muscle repair and also you have a thick subcutaneous fat.
Cool sculpting and liposuction only remove fat from the subcutaneous tissue and will do nothing to the other 2 reasons.
So it will be great that you lose weight (reach BMI of 26-27 max) to reduce visceral fat and exercise may be a great way to tighten the muscles and if the loose muscle don’t retract, then you will need muscle repair with Tummy Tuck.
Only reducing subcutaneous fat aggressively will let you still protruding and lumpy.

Liposuction can be done after cryolipolysis. Based on my experience, the fat is harder and more fibrous in patients who had cry done, but that should not affect the result when surgery is properly performed. Hope that was helpful.

If fat persist after coolpsculpting treatment, you can do liposuction without any problem, look for a certified plastic surgeon in order to get the best results.
