I’ve found this site really informative and wish I had discovered it before my procedure. So I got my boobs done little over 2 weeks ago. I’m 26, measuring 176cm & 60kg, and I’ve always had a small chest, but it only started bothering me in the past year or so, when I got a new job and had to adjust my wardrobe to it. In contrast to my naturally small boobs, I have fuller thighs, butt, and hips, so my body started to look unbalanced to me in the close-fitting dresses and sets I began to wear. I went to see several highly reviewed plastic surgeons and ended up settling on Dr Saad, who’s made the best impression on me. He is incredibly professional and readily answered all my questions. Since I was looking for a subtle, ultra-natural enhancement, I initially wanted to go the fat transfer route, but he talked me out of it. I didn’t want visible scars and haven’t really seen any truly natural-looking implants before, so I was hesitant at first. I showed him 2 references pictures I liked, from Kendall Jenner’s mini boob job. He assured me we could achieve something like this, with only barely visible scars, and I decided to proceed. When we were discussing the size and shape, he explained to me that due to my being quite tall and relatively wide-chested, a really small implant (200-250cc) wouldn’t compliment my frame. He thought based on my proportions and wishes, 300cc would be an ideal size. I was really concerned about going too big, and even after trying on some implants (300 and 350cc), I told him they all felt too big for what I wanted. He assured me they’d look smaller under all the tissue, and we ended up with 290cc. Looking back, I wish I had been more adamant about my preferences. I think I relied on his expertise too much and as a result my new boobs resemble his ideal a lot more than my own. They look and feel enormous to me right now. I know the implants are still settling in and they’ll continue to change, but for me to be happy with them, my boobs would need to appear around 40-50% smaller than they do currently. I wanted more fullness to my existing breasts, not a whole new set of boobs. I’m really torn about the whole thing right now. This was a huge investment for me and I’m worried I’ll have to get these taken out and potentially replaced with a new, smaller set of implants, or find a surgeon who does fat transplants. I’ve been finding it difficult to focus on anything, I keep questioning myself over my boobs. Why I wasn’t more pushy about going small, why I didn’t stick to my initial fat transfer idea, why I let myself rely so much on my doctor. Has this ever happened to anybody else? That your implants looked too big in the beginning? My next check up is scheduled to late April, I’ll post an update around that time. By then, I should be able to tell whether I’ll need to do something about my boobs… Updated on 12 May 2025: Hi, Here’s a 10 week update! (Please ignore my atrocious tan lines) My new breasts have been growing on me, not gonna lie. I’ve made my peace with the fact that they’re bigger than what I was going for, mostly because I have to admit - the bigger size doesn’t look disproportionate on my body. And my main aim was to balance out my upper- and lower body better. I’d still prefer them smaller, but I’ve come a long way since my freak out at 2 weeks. The upper pole fullness (which really bothered me in the beginning) has subsided somewhat, and I’m hoping it will continue to do so. The outlines of the implants are only minimally visible in a resting position, but when I stretch my arms out and the skin tightens, you can see them better for now. With all the swelling gone, they’ve started to feel and act more like real breasts do. They have a little jiggle to them now and flatten somewhat when I’m lying down. In underwear and clothes, they look really good, I’m happy with the improved silhouette they give me. Last week I went back to the gym after an 8 week pause (I do crossfit). In terms of the sensation, I can’t tell at all they’re there, it doesn’t feel any different when I flex my muscles or jump around. I guess this is because the implants are on the smaller side and they’re in the fascia. Although my surgeon said I can do anything I’d like at this point, I’m still cautious at the gym for now, lifting smaller weights and not exerting myself to the max. I’m wearing the silicone tapes pretty much 24/7. A couple of weeks ago I noticed the skin around the scars being a bit dry and flaky, so since then when I do change the tapes I always apply a little hydrating lotion before putting on the new strips. The scars remain clearly visible but they’re healing well according to Dr Saad. I’ve gone bra shopping a month ago (Intimissimi) and I went from a small B to a proper C cup. Overall, I’d say I’m happy with how they’ve been evolving so far. I can’t wait to see them drop and flatten a bit more over the following months.
I was in search for a surgeon for a T/T with muscle repair for years. I was getting discouraged by many of the clinics requesting for me to send photos then send a deposit; without me actually speaking to a surgeon. I was told I would meet the surgeon the day of the procedure. What?!!! ... There was no way I could trust a doctor that would schedule a major surgery without speaking to me first. I found that an odd practice for a major surgery... Continuing my search I not only found a caring, honest skilled surgeon, I found a true artist in Dr. Saad. Dr. Saad and his team were truly amazing. From the moment I entered the office his team made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr Saad has a beside manner that cannot be taught. I appreciate the manner in which he and his team cared for me before, during and after my procedure. Their attention made me feel as if I was their most important patient. There aren't enough stars for me to give Dr. Saad and his team. Thank you a million times over. ps: I highly reccomend booking a con. I will attempt to post pictures at a later date.
My experience with Dr. Saad could not have been better. He is extremely professional and detail-orientated, and has been so from the very first consultation right through to all my post-operative check-ups. He performed an ethnic rhinoplasty on me and gave me a nose that suits my facial dimensions/features perfectly - something that I was concerned other surgeons might not be able to achieve, given that I am mixed-race living in a predominantly caucasian country. My nose has improved not only aesthetically but functionally - since he corrected the deviation in my septum, my breathing has been easier and my previous feelings of constant congestion have disappeared. All in all, I would recommend him 100%. It was an honour to be operated on by a surgeon who takes such pride in his work and will not stop until the final result is perfect.
I always dreamed of having a small nose that would fit my face. Dr Saad did my nose surgery and the result was way better than I could ever imagine. My new nose perfectly fits my face and looks perfectly natural. I cannot recommend Dr Saad enough
Where do I start? Firstly Dr Saad is an artist. He truly understood what i was looking to achieve and he actually enlightened me on just what needed adjusting to make my nose fit my face. His staff from Kris, coordinator, nurse Michelle, anesthesiologist Dr Marsh. I cannot be more pleased. No team is better. Caring, attentive to detail and just a wonderful experience. On 7 day checkup i already could tell it was amazing.
In 2003 I got a breast augmentation. About 5 years ago, I started having shooting pains in my breasts when I slept at night so I decided to get my implants removed this year. I was terrified that I would end up looking deformed and/or super scarred like Frankenstein since I was a 32D and transitioning back to my natural size of 32 A+/B- (lol). The surgery involved removal of the capsule, removal of the implants, and a lift. I had very low expectations for my results given the challenging nature of the surgery. I scheduled a consultation with DR. AHMAD SAAD. He was knowledgable, kind, professional, understanding, and addressed all of my concerns. After my consultation, I checked out his background and training and was super impressed. He studied general surgery as a resident at Yale and then plastic and reconstructive surgery at UCSD. He also knows 4-5 languages, which is an aside but impressive nonetheless and shows his cultural diversity. Throughout the process, he walked me through everything step-by-step and it felt like he was holding my hand the entire way. Just before surgery, he drew lines on my torso to make his surgical plan. We discussed the golden ratio and how he would incorporate it to reconstruct my breasts and make them aesthetically pleasing. I'm a biomedical engineer and mathematician by training so of course I LOVED that he knew about the golden ratio! It was like working with a knowledgeable and skilled artist. I'm not sure which is his greater skill - his ability to integrate art and medical science or his caring and gentle way with patients! After surgery and at my follow up appointments, he was so gentle and attentive to my needs and offered the best care possible. My recovery was so easy and I can only assume this was at least in part due to his excellent care. I was off my pain meds completely by day 3 following surgery. And the best part? I could not have asked for better results! Everything turned out well above and beyond my greatest expectations. I have the most beautiful tiny ta-ta's a girl could ask for! I would post a picture but I'm too shy haha! I am only a couple weeks out from surgery and my scars are already healing really nicely. I think once they are healed completely they will be hardly noticeable if at all. In any case, I highly recommend Dr. Saad. He is truly a renaissance man and I would trust my closest family and friends under his care.
I cannot express in words how much Dr. Saad has helped me. I originally came to him for a breast augmentation because I felt insecure about my body but the new breasts he has given me have seriously done so much more. Prior to surgery, my insecurity about my breasts had affected my engagement with men to the point where I felt I had to overcompensate. Because of this, I felt weak and unimportant. The breasts Dr. Saad has given me made me a new person. It's crazy but since my breasts I have felt completely empowered and have stopped caring to get attention from guys. Dr. Saad helped me finally do something for myself and not for others and its the best feeling I have ever experienced. Updated on 8 Jun 2016: It took me a while but I had to get the before pictures from Dr. Saad since I didn't keep any of mine (for good reason) Pre op plus photos up until 3.5wks post op:) I LOVE THEM
I can't believe this awesome doc doesn't have more reviews? He is so amazing! I saw him for a consultation to fix some uneven tummy lipo I had done a couple of years ago. My biggest concern was downtime. I have a new baby, work full-time, and my husband travels frequently. I've always wanted to fix this, but have no time for big surgery, anesthesia, recovery, etc. Dr. Saad said I was a perfect candidate for Lunchtime Lipo. He said there is no downtime, no general/IV anesthesia, and it would take about 45 minutes! YES PLEASE! I booked the very next opening. Today was my procedure and I am blown away by how easy it was. He has his own operating room and the office is really cool and modern. The nurse checked me in and helped me change, then Dr. Saad came in to mark the areas where he was going to remove the fat. He's so funny and really laid back, so I was instantly comfortable. Five minutes later I was in the OR and the girls were cleaning and prepping the lipo areas. Next was the initial injection to numb the area. That was the ONLY part that was uncomfortable. Owwie! It stung for a second and we got started. Don't worry, there is a drape separating your face from the parts they are working on, so you don't see any of this happening. But Dr. Saad talked me through each step and would explain what he was going to do right before he did it. I definitely appreciated that because I was a little nervous. Speaking of anxious and nervous, I did have the option of taking meds to make me relax, but I opted out so I could drive myself home. Anyway, it tickles ALOT and feels really weird, but not painful at all. I never imagined myself laughing on an OR table. Then 45 minutes later we were done. I have a little stitch one each side of my tummy, about the width of my pinkie nail. I went in at 12:30pm and was getting dressed at 1:45pm. They put two little strips over the stitches and put a super snug wrap around my waist to keep the swelling under control. I actually went back to work for a few hours and still made it home for dinner and bedtime with the baby. I'm about 9 hours out and it still doesn't hurt. They told me to expect some bruising and swelling, but I will take Arnika for the bruising. I BEGGED the nurse to take a pic (with my own phone) and she was super professional and said no at first. But I was a pest until she gave in and took the photo below. I hope I don't get in trouble for sharing! But hey it's my tummy and I'm proud to show it off. I'll ask them to send me my before pic to share here. I also added some pics taken 8 hrs after the lipo to show the swelling. Overall, the best experience I could have imagined. I braced myself for pain and planned to be there for hours, but it was the complete opposite. It was quick, painless, and the entire staff from the front desk girls to the OR staff were amazing. Thank you Dr. Saad and crew!
I'm athletic and I love my body, but I've always wanted bigger boobs to balance my wide shoulders.I'm 5'5, 124lbs and Currently a 32b and I want a full c cup (small d). I am a little worried that breast implants will hinder my gym efforts, which is why I don't want to go more than the size/s I mentioned. Looking to getting the procedure done in November. Found an amazing doctor who touts sub-facial placement, looking forward to not dealing with muscle healing. Anyone out there that can comment on having an active lifestyle and breast implants? Also any doctors that think the implants chosen will give me my desired size? Updated on 19 Oct 2023: I go in between wanting projection to not worrying about it and playing it safe. My doctor told me there is only about 1 cm projection difference between the 425cc motiva ergonomix full and the demi 360cc or 380cc. The 400s scare me , even though I know it’s really not much more. Can anyone chime in about this? Who’s happy with their motiva ergonomix fulls? TIA Updated on 20 Oct 2023: First thought when making them was holy shit these things are heavy. But I do understand it’s just supposed to give you an idea of the volume. I spent hours looking up Motiva Ergonomix full vs. Demi. I understand the projection difference is only about 1 cm, but I’m wondering, with my 13BWD to go for the Demi and get a wider base. I really hate the bottoming out look, and I also hate when the upper pole isn’t gradually. 17 days till surgery ! Updated on 6 Nov 2023: I have my surgery in 12hours. I’m so excited, I can’t wait to get it done! Hopefully tomorrow morning I won’t get too nervous. Here are some more before pictures I just took. Send me good vibes . I’ll be back to post my day 1 PO soon. Updated on 7 Nov 2023: Feeling a lot better than expected! I think I may even work tomorrow from my computer! I still can’t attest that going over the muscle (subfacial, not subglandular) is superior to under the muscle as I’m waiting to see the final result, BUT I will say I have no pain! The compression band around my upper pole and back pain from staying in bed all day is the only discomfort I feel. I am so happy with my PS, he’s been amazing since day one. He’s come seen me twice in clinic since the surgery. He said they look great and I’m gonna love them . I’ll finally get to see a glimpse on Friday. I’ll post then! Stats: 5’5, 123lbs BWD 13 Previous: 32b Implant: motiva ergonomix Demi 405cc Placement: subfacial Updated on 10 Nov 2023: I got to see my new boobs today and I am absolutely in love! If they are already looking this good, I can't wait to see how they'll progress within the coming weeks/months. My pain level is a 2/10, the only thing I've been feeling is discomfort because of the compression band and itching from healing and the bra. Oh gosh let me tell you, the itching is unbearable at times, I've been alleviating it with sanitizing the area and applying a bit of coconut oil. I was able to work from home for the past two days! Sleeping has been a bit of a struggle as I can only sleep about 4 hours at a time, and I am usually awoken from back pain. Currently sleeping on a makeshift wedge and while it's keeping me sleeping on my back, it's not quite comfortable enough to keep me asleep. Oh well, I will take that over debilitating, excruciating pain! I am so happy with my PS Dr.Saad, his care and attention to detail have made my journey unprecedented. His work is honestly world class! Updated on 10 Nov 2023: I finally decided to take the plunge and get a breast augmentation, but was a little worried to do the procedure outside of home (California, USA), knowing that the best surgeons are back home.To my surprise, I was delighted to find a highly qualified, US-board certified plastic surgeon here in Barcelona! From minute one Dr.Saad, Lucia and staff were professional, warm and most of all patient. Far from what I experienced with other surgeons I've met where I felt like a number and not an individual. Dr.Saad's go-to subfascial breast augmentation procedure is truly what is touted: virtually painless and natural looking. I am currently 3 days post operation and I am completely impressed with the results thus far. Thank you so much for everything, Dr.Saad and team! Keep up the amazing work. (Please feel free to look at my reviews for more pictures.) Updated on 14 Nov 2023: It was music to my ears to hear that I don’t have to wear the compression strap anymore, no more antibiotics (I’m so bloated), and I can shower! It’s a little hard to breathe as I feel my breasts are still tight, but I know everything will just get better with time! I am amazed that my breasts look like this only one week post op! Updated on 19 Nov 2023: My journey has been great so far minus training myself to sleep on my back and the itching the first week. I think the worst is over and the results are just going to improve from here!! Comparing my rice sizer picture to how I look now with the same bra. They are settling, I feel my skin is less tight and slowly but surely they are feeling like mine. I’m so happy I went with this placement as my recovery time has been swift and discomfort was tolerable. I can’t wait to hit the gym in two more weeks! My stats are in early posts. You should see an expert in ethnic rhinoplasty. Ethnic noses have their specific details. Please check the link below:
I would recommend you start with a rhinoplasty. Once properly done, i doubt you will need anything else.
I would definitely start with buccal fat removal, once the buccal curves are created you might not need any volume in your chin.
It is common to see facial changes after bite correction whether with braces or bone reconstruction. I recommend you see a plastic surgeon for an unperson evaluation in order to precisely evaluate these changes and your objectives.
Fillers fill, facelifts lift sagging skin. One of the most common errors practitioners do is try to lift by filling. In your case, in order to improve the nasolabial folds, you might need very large volume of fillers and still it will not look good. Definitely recommend a facelift, and specifically a deep plane facelift. Hope that was helpful
