26F, what procedure is suitable for sunken eyes with droopy upper eyelids? (Photos)

Hi, I was wondering what kind of procedure would be suitable for my eyes. Eyelid surgery? fillers? or fat graft? As you can see my upper eyelids are droopy ,I don't know if it is ptosis. Also, my eyes are sunken and I have undereye hollowness. Compared to a picture of my eye at 13yrs I had neither of these conditions. I'd appreciate your opinion. Thank you.

As a surgeon I expect the photo to be "anatomically' oriented. That means the eye on the right side of the image is the left eye and the eye on the left side to be the right eye. Often the public post the image reversed. That makes for a lot of confusion. Horner's syndrome in upper eyelid ptosis...

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You photos don’t show your problem well. From what I see it appears that both upper eyelids are mildly retracted. For proper guidance, make an appointment for consultation with an experienced oculoplastic surgeon. Good luck,

Another option for small chalasions is injection steroid and 5-fu. You can ask to your doctor if they provides 5-fu and steroid.
