Breast implant sizing can be tricky as it is based on several different measurements. I am not sure that a moderate profile implant will give you the result that you posted. The classic ration is 130-150cc/cup size increase. So a 375cc implant would take you up 2-3 cup sizes on average. A high profile implant can also be used. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee an exact cup size, but the use of 3D imaging can be useful to see different implants on your frame.

I’m getting BA next month and I’m worried that a 375cc moderate profile silicone would be still small. I want it to be big that it covers my frame but not too big. I have one child and I pumped for 6 months. I use to be a 32c (small c), I would say I’m still about that size but they’re more gaps now. My breast base width is 12.5. And he told me the base of the 375cc moderate profile is 13cm. Would a 375cc cover my frame and bring me to a 32dd?

The lower eyelid can be very challenging and your result is likely related to either scarring or too much fat removal. When we do a lower blepharoplasty you remove redundant fat from the 3 fat compartments of the lower lid. These compartments are separated by anatomic structures and subtle asymmetries can be very common and difficult to treat. This is unfortunately a difficult problem to fix- your best bet would be focal mico/nano fat grafting to the area. You could also consider laser resurfacing to attempt to tighten the lower eyelid skin to improve the contour slightly.

61 y-o male. Had upper and lower bleph nearly two years ago to correct fairly severe eye bags. Since the surgery, the area under my eyes has progressively hollowed, particularly on the right where there is a slight divot. Before I contact the surgeon, I would like to get a professional assessment of the work done. It seems to me that he overcorrected. Wondering if I'm being realistic about expectations and what remedies might be available. Thanks in advance.

You do have a slightly lower upper eyelid position that could be due to genetics or it could be a sign of underlying eyelid ptosis. Eyelid ptosis can be due to a couple different things but usually it is related to the eyelid muscles that help lift the eyelids. It would take a focused exam in the office to truly identify the cause and the best solution. For the hollowness the best solution with be fat grafting to the area along the orbital rim to provide a more youthful look.

Hi, I was wondering what kind of procedure would be suitable for my eyes. Eyelid surgery? fillers? or fat graft? As you can see my upper eyelids are droopy ,I don't know if it is ptosis. Also, my eyes are sunken and I have undereye hollowness. Compared to a picture of my eye at 13yrs I had neither of these conditions. I'd appreciate your opinion. Thank you.

Marionette lines, as these are called, are a real problem in facial aging. They occur due to multiple factors and can be addressed somewhat during a facelift although they usually require a bit more than that to truly be corrected. The best approach at this point would likely be a combination of skin care, and hyaluronic acid fillers for a non-surgical improvement vs a secondary facelift with fat grating to further correct them.

Im almost 65, had a lower face lift and neck lift 12 yrs ago, and now im really hating these lines coming down from the corners of my mouth. Is there anything to I can do that can hel with that, that wouldnt be a facelift? If not, would I need a full facelift, and lastly, i see some facelifts dont fix these lines at all, and some do. Is this just a matter of skill and technique? Would i need some kind of corner lift for my lips?
