Hi. My surgeron removed way to much fat and tissue around my eyes. So much that my eye balls have sunken in and you can see flesh in the outer corner of the eyes. What can be done? Is there any surgeons in europe that put fat behind the orbit area? And if not I need suggestions pls.

If I am reading this correctly, the left lid in the picture was lower and MMC has resulted in it being now higher than the unaffected lid. If this is the case, surgery can be done to correct this. This can be done internally through the inside oft he upper lid or externally through an eyelid...
Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You photos don’t show your problem well. From what I see it appears that both upper eyelids are mildly retracted. For proper guidance, make an appointment for consultation with an experienced oculoplastic surgeon.

While I do not see significant lower eyelid bags following your surgery, I believe you may be noticing hollowness, which occurs with the normal aging process. Examining photos from 10-20 years ago with your surgeon can help define your issues and make reasonable goals. Fillers or fat grafting...
