Reconstructive surgery to restore fat and tissue to my eyes. What can be done? (Photo)

Hi. My surgeron removed way to much fat and tissue around my eyes. So much that my eye balls have sunken in and you can see flesh in the outer corner of the eyes. What can be done? Is there any surgeons in europe that put fat behind the orbit area? And if not I need suggestions pls.

As far as I can see your photo. You have still extra saggy skin above your eyes for get rid of this image I recommend you revision upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery.It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!

As far as I can tell from your photos, the problem is not only the lack of fatty tissue but also the excess skin on your upper eyelid and the lack of tissue support on your lower eyelid. These are your two important problems.We can do an online consultation for treatment options. The photograph on the right looks like you have a small amount of upper eyelid ptosis. Ptosis repair and either fat transfer, repositioning, or filler augmentation would give you an elegant result. Good luck!

You may consider revision blepharoplasty, but you should wait at least 6 months to allow your treatment area to heal correctly and your surgeon to assess your results before proceeding with the surgery. You may also consider dermal fillers or facial fat injections to restore volume and achieve symmetry.
