As far as I can tell from your photos, the problem is not only the lack of fatty tissue but also the excess skin on your upper eyelid and the lack of tissue support on your lower eyelid. It is very difficult to give you sound advise based on very limited information. It would be best to wait at least 1 year after surgery for result to mature and settle. At that time you may consider periorbital fat grfting which will include cheeks, eyelid junction, lateral and medial brows/eyelid.
