However, if this truly bothers you and you'd like to review your options, you would need to alter the facial bones to address eyes that are far apart. This would involve a consultation with a craniofacial surgeon to discuss risks/benefits of surgery and treatment options. Best of luck to you.

I agree that your eyes are slightly wider apart than the norm. Having said that, I think you are a handsome guy and the risks of doing any intervention outweigh the benefits of bring the eyes close together. The intervention would require orbital surgery with bone movement and the risks would include loss of vision and double vision.

Thank you for sharing your concerns and posting your photo. For your specific case there is no easy solution to correct the distance between your eyes. From the photo it appears you have ptosis of your upper eyelids (drooping.) This would be improved with surgery and likely improve the overall appearance of your eyes.
