How can you treat hollowed eyes after lower bleph? (Photo)

esp
I had an endoscopic brow lift and lower bleph 1.5 years ago. I not happy with the results. I wanted to look refreshed, but now look more aged. The brow lift was done to correct ptosis I had on one side (he did both). It has failed and looks the same as before. The lower lids look hollowed out and dark. Wrinkles are also more pronounced. Is there anything that can help refresh my eyes. I know I need to do uppers but I’m nervous about looking hollowed out again. Any advice is appreciated.
