I am 5’6”, 125lb, 3 months out from 325 round silicone unders. Noticed this bumpiness this week. I did also recently increase the intensity of my exercise (w my PS’s ok.) Is this rippling or the start of bottoming out or something else? Or maybe it’s normal? The skin also feels a little thinner on that side, like the implant is easier to feel. Anything I can do to prevent it from getting worse? I wear a bra 24/7 and a high impact sports bra with exercise. Thanks
