I had a 360 Tummy Tuck, extended arm lift, Torsoplasty with lipo and BBL done by Dr Ochoa on 1/17. I had lost 130lbs and had a lot of skin and excess tissue. From the beginning the coordinator was amazing and answered ally questions. Dr Ochoa looked at my photos and provided me an estimate for the work he felt I needed and I went with his recommendations. There happened to be a cancellation just 5 weeks out and they worked with me to get everything set up in a short time. The surgery went smoothly. Dr Ochoa is amazing and his team are wonderful. The surgery was done at Blue Hospital and everything was amazing. The process can be very overwhelming being in another country but they all went out of their way to make my husband and myself comfortable. The recovery house was fantastic and I could not have gotten through that first week without them. I would recommend anyone go to Dr Ochoa and have this done. I am now 9 weeks post op and while I'm still sore because I had a lot done I could not be more thrilled with my results. Dr Ochoa found the body I had hiding under all that skin and fat and sculpted it in a way that is unbelievable. I finally have the body I always wanted. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team.

This doctor is top notch. No doubt you've reviewed his before and after pics on here, Facebook, and Instagram that show how amazing his work is. But in addition to the amazing results you'll get with the thinnest, most exceptional line work, is his caring demeanor. The guy is so professional, so calming, so knowledgeable, kind, and really cares about his patients. He and his staff are upstanding, available day and night for questions. I have zero regrets or complaints going with him. Procedures: extended arm lift, lipo 360, BBL, 360 TT, and mons lift.

So nice and professional. I was so worried but he made me feel at ease and im so in love with the results i look like a different person and i asked for minimal eyelid skin to be removed. They played fun music i requested and the anesthesiologist was amazing as well. U couldnt tell i had the surgery when i went back 7 days later to have the stitches removed. I’m going on 6 weeks post op now and I’m really thrilled with my results. Dr Ochoa makes really precise and clean incision lines and my body is perfectly shaped now. I trusted everything he told me in preop and I’m so happy I did (example, he suggested additional fat transferred to my hips and a bigger bbl than I wanted - as a weightloss surgery patient, it’s likely that I experience additional fat loss after bbl & transfers. So glad I listened as I can already see some volume going down). Dr Ochoa (via the coordinator Marianna - which, she’s amazing) was always responsive to me post op as well. I stayed at Baja premium for recovery and they were really great. My only issue was as I am a duodenal switch patient, I metabolize pain medications differently than other people (most medications need 2x the dose and 2x the frequency for the same efficacy)

I had a MMO on July 24th with Dr Ochoa through EOC. This included an extended tummy tuck, implants, lipo of back and flanks, and BBL. I have never had a butt no matter my weight. My waist and hips were always within an inch of each other and now there is a 10 inch difference. Dr Ochoa and his staff were excellent. I felt taken care of from the moment I got to Mexico. The hospital was nicer than anything I've seen in the states. The anesthesiologist took time to make me aware his job was to make sure I got home as healthy as I came to him. I got a little scared once back in the OR and he had me breathe in and out and next thing I knew I was awake and done with surgery. The nursing staff at both the hospital and the hotel treated me like a queen. I have had no complications and would recommend Dr Ochoa and EOC to anyone who asks. If I ever need another procedure it will be with this Dr!

I chose Dr. Ochoa based on his expertise in full body restorations after massive weight loss. While I had planned to do a breast reduction, circumferential tummy tuck w/contouring and fat redistribution all in one go, I ended up doing the first separately-- because Dr. Ochoa had my safety in mind first, and my bloodwork wasn't high enough to do it all together. He did a beautiful job on my breast reduction with side extension to remove side skin. Facilities were spotless: the stay at the Grand was great-- their nurses are experienced in aftercare. I created a wound opening 5 weeks po by accidentally pulling on the incision, and he was very responsive very quickly through Haley the coordinator. Following his instruction, along with wound care info, it healed in 3 weeks. I returned 5 months later for the CTT and contouring. He repaired a 4.5 inch muscle gap, and removed 6lbs of skin. He also revised the scar I had from creating my wound opening, making it appear tiny and thin like the rest of the incision. A small area of skin on the incision line, about 2inches square, scabbed over because it lost blood supply being moved so far. I was quite worried about it, but the skin never opened, just healed with scarring, due to great aftercare nutrition and high, high protein diet. Massive weight loss clients have greater risks bc of our weakened skin, but Dr. Ochoa seeks to remove as much as possible without overtaxing what remains. The rest healed very well, and I love my shape! I am now 12mo post op from breast reduction, and 8mo post op from the rest of my torso/body lift. Dr. Ochoa himself is very professional, with excellent bedside manner. He was caring, patient with my many questions, and a precise artist when it comes to his surgical markings. He was very gast to respond to actual needs during recovery (I now know some of the emails I send were not important). His anesthesiologist and assisting doctor were wonderful. The process was smooth, I would absolutely return to him if I needed more repair.

Let me first start off by saying a Big Thank you to the Patient Coordinator Mariana Gallego, she literally made all this possible, she is the one on the front line making everything happen, from the initial phone call / email to setting up your surgery date and preparing for your arrival, so a Big Thank you to Mariana!! The Hospital nurses, the Anesthesiologist, Doctor Medina is amazing and went above and beyond, also Doctor Hernandez and the other Doctors there were really terrific. Doctor Ochoa's work speaks for itself, he truly is an artist and is an amazing surgeon, I will definitely be going back for any future surgeries as long as Doctor Ochoa is the Surgeon!! Let me tell you, I got treated better by Doctor Ochoa himself and staff as well as the Nurses and other Doctors then in my Own country, and I'm from Los Angeles, California. I was never rushed out of the Hospital and was told to take my time, everyone treated me like family and I'm not over exaggerating either, Seriously, I was treated like Royalty. Thank you so much DR. Honestly there are not good enough words to express my happiness with Dr. Ochoa, his work, and his staff. I had a Tummy Tuck, breast lift with augmentation, lipo 360, torsoplasty, and a BBL. To say I am happy with my results is an understatement. I was very nervous going into this as I am very conservative with my body but for me it was necessary. I have given birth 5 times, gained a lot of weight, and lost a lot of weight. So unfortunately the excess skin, the lack of definement in my body, my appearance, as well as health issues were driving forces for me to have these surgeries. Dr. Ochoa listened and understood exactly what I was seeking. He gave great advice where I was unsure, and didn't push for me to go extra or out of my comfort zone. He easily put me at ease with ever decsion we made together.The day of surgery I came in optimistic and ready. The hospital was beautiful, clean, and modern. The staff was delightful, professional, and very caring. The anesthesiologist came in 1st, went over everything that was to be expected and emphasized my life, my health, my saftey was his only priority. You have no idea how much I appreciated that. Dr. Ochoa & his assistant came in shortly after greeted me and walked down to surgery with me. From there I remember seeing the anesthesiologist again and him telling me to enjoy some rest. After surgery I suppose I was expecting a lot of pain, to my surprise I was only very very tired. When I woke in the morning I had bearable soreness and tightness obviously to be expected. I was encouraged to get up and take a shower with the assistance of an aide to get ready to go to the recovery house. The shower felt amazing!!The week of assistance at the recovery house is much appreciated. To have someone there to aide you in just the small things you don't think about like taking your dishes to the sink is a great help. I did not realize how tired I would be from just walking to the restroom. Huge shout out to Christian & Lina for being amazing while I was there.While at the recovery house you are also given 5 lymphatic massages. These are such a necessary part of your recovery. Won't lie they are uncomfortable somewhat but I completely understand why they are done and appreciate that this is part of Dr. Ochoa's post op treatment. He really has your best interest at heart all the time and thinks of everything. My post op visit was a 6 days after my surgery. There he went over what he performed and my statistics. Let me just say WOW! No REALLY WOW! 10 pounds of skin removed & another almost 8 pounds from lipo. WHAT?!?! And looking at the before and after I want to cry because I honestly know Dr. Ochoa and staff go above and beyond to make you look like the best you he/they possibly can. The results speak for themselves, I am obsessed and I am only a week out. I can only imagine what the next few months have instore, but I am so ready!And I can't forget Mariana, his coordinator. She is wonderful. I cannot say thank you enough to her. For every email, text message, phone call; Mariana you are simply AMAZING and I appreciate all the work you have done and continue to do so each and every person you encounter feels special and important.I will be seeing you all again soon!

Dr. Ochoa and his staff are amazing great communication via emails such a nice office everything is modern and updated. The building was extremely safe the staff knows great English I love my before's and Afters easy recovery the picture after it is exactly one year postop

I wanted to shout out Dr. Ochoa and his lovely administrative assistant Mariana. I wanted buccal fat removal really last minute and Mariana made it happen for me! She went above and beyond and was very pleasant, always. She is so organized and efficient. I had originally wanted chin lipo as well as buccal fat removal but when I consulted with Dr. Ochoa he saw I wasn’t completely sure about the lipo. Instead of up selling me or pushing for me to do the procedure he was honest and advised against it. Prior to the procedure I was super nervous. But Dr. Ochoa was kind and gentle. Him and his staff were chatting with me and eased my nerves. He made sure I was ok and moved very slowly and delicately. He is a class act. Very professional and a genuinely nice man. The procedure itself is a bit awkward. Many have described the feeling as if he’s “pulling your brains out”. But let me tell you, it’s all worth it because Dr, Ochoa is an artist. I am loving my results so far and I’m sure it will only be getting better. I will definitely get more procedures done by Dr. Ochoa!
