Why do my breasts look droopy, thin, have a weird texture and how can I fix them?

Hello and thank you for the question. I do believe you have elements of tuberous breasts, including high inframammary crease, constricted lower pole and herniation of breast tissue into areola. This can be corrected with breast augmentation in conjunction with scoring of lower pole for better expansion. I would consult with a qualified plastic surgeon for a formal evaluation. Best,

The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall.The type of surgery best for you will depend on the severity of your condition.My preferred technique for tuberous breast correction involves a multistep procedure where the breast tissue is released in a radial pattern to prevent herniation into the areola and placement of a custom implant size is in the breast to allow appropriate expansion of the breast in the restricted dimensions. Based on the pictures posted, they show all the elements of a tubular breast.Skin quality and texture is genetically determined and can not be changed.Tubular breast can be improved with surgery. 

Your breasts exhibit some constriction. If this is released the shape would be less tubular and more round. This can be accompanied with an implant. The size of the implant is dependent on your desires.

You appear to be describing  a variant of breast development called tubular breasts. Your poictures show a mild variant and you have a degree of droop, but you would benefit from shaped implants which would also elevate your nipple slightly. You are still young and there is likely to be further development over the next few years. I would not rush into any surgery yet.

Everybody have different tope of breast looks and skin type, even that you'e very Young by the picture i can determine that you have already some ptosis on both breasts besides the asymmetry, this can be fide by performing a breast lift with implants. I would suggest in your case to be a round silicona implant so we can change the form of your breast that is bothering you the most with a lollypop insicion.
Make sure to approach to a certified surgeon that can help you clear all your doubts.

Sagging breasts, prior to having children and without significant weight changes, is due purely to genetics.  Certain cultures have excellent tissue such as Asians.  And other cultures, northern European, for example, such as me tend to have a more poor quality to their tissues.  So basically there isn't anything you could have done to prevent your breasts from sagging.To improve the appearance of your breasts you will need both a breast augmentation (implants) and a breast lift.  The implants are necessary to give the upper poles or upper halves of the breasts some fullness. The implants don't have to be large.  The lift is necessary to lift the nipple areolar complexes back up to the front of the breasts.
