Frank Agullo, MD

Can't praise Dr. Agullo enough for his artistic ability and my results! I had a tummy tuck, muscle repair, hernia repair, ,mons fat pad removal, and lipo 360 performed on 1/9/25. His entire staff is absolutely insanely nice and responsive and I felt very comfortable being an out of town patient. I researched him for about 1.5 yrs before flying from east coast to TX for the procedure. I stayed in El Paso for a week before flying home without issues. I'm currently 2 WPO and feeling better every day though I still have my drain in and am still swollen. I'm 5'4", 130 lbs and was a size 2 prior to surgery but after having 8 kids, I was left with a lot of extra skin and a 3 finger gap in my rectus muscle. No issues, no pain, just weird tugging as it was pulled. I feel so much better now, I was getting bad burning at insertion site all yesterday. I had 3 days of 25mL or less output so it was time to pull it out. My swelling this morning was significantly less as well! Belly button is not as shallow now either so I can see inside it. Looks funky. I'll post more pics in 2 weeks! I'll be 4 WPO then.

Still have some scabbing so I can't start scar treatment yet but incision looks good! Natural waist before surgery was 26" and today I'm 30"! Swelling is no joke. I have a lymphatic massage tomorrow and I'm sure that will help a lot.

Stopped compression garments per surgeons instruction and started Embrace tension tape! I'm still really swollen and it gets worse at night, no matter how active or sedentary I am. Go back to work in 2 more weeks.

Couldn't find much info on this until recently (on this site as a matter of fact) so I wanted to share. Yes, it's normal for wrinkles to develop in the tape and on your skin, as well as air pockets with some condensation! Here is a quote from a realself PS.

After applying Embrace Active Scar Defense, it is normal to see rippling and condensation. Rippling or wrinkling of the active scar device is a sign that it is conforming to your skin. As long as the edges are fully adhered to your skin, it is still working and alleviating tension with your incision. Regarding condensation, this is also normal and most often occurs after showering or strenuous activity. The important thing to make sure of is that the edges are sealed. If not, and a water pocket has formed inside the dressing, it is time to remove Embrace.

It's all about the milestones! I feel great, even with the swelling. The new confidence is amazing but still a foreign thing to me. Still using Embrace tape and I'm really loving how my scar is looking. I'll be 7 weeks in one day.

My scar is flat, thin and can be hidden under a string bikini bottom! What more could I ask for?

20 more days of Embrace tape and then I'll be out. Contemplating ordering another 60 day treatment, but they are soooooo expensive.

I got the supercharged BBL lipo 360 on my arms flanks back and bra roll, thighs, knees, abdomen and calves. I got Aveli for my Cellulite on my thighs I got j plasma and body tight on my legs I also recorded Morpheus on my butt. I Got 635CC implants.

I’m happy with the results so far on everything but my knees they are still sagging i’m hoping that goes away when all the swelling goes away.

I got my procedure done on October 4 I am 3 1/2 weeks postop and it has been extremely rough. I wish I wouldn’t have done both at the same time depressed and but it has been extremely challenging to sleep. I’m not allowed to sleep on my butt, my stomach or sides Due to the fat transfer to the butt and hips and the breast implants. I was an extreme amount and pain for the first three weeks and two days the pains finally started to subside, and just became more of an annoyance than intolerant. It is still challenging to find a way to sleep I pile five pillows for the head four pillows for the back and then at 5 to 6 pillows for the legs so that my thighs and back and hold me up because of this, it has caused my fibrosis to stay Everywhere in my body. It is hard and lumpy. I’m very uncomfortable. I did the recommended massages. They said they recommended eight, so I signed up for nine lymphatic massages. They held a little, but didn’t come nowhere near, touching the fibrosis, breaking it up or taking any of the pain away .

I bought a massage gun from Walmart and it has been a lifesaver and has broken up. A lot of the knots has got me out of a lot of the pain because the Febres this is so bad in Stubborn It is hard to get some. Of the really big knots out, but it has been better than any massage that I have received so far.

I did sign up to go do a few RF therapy sessions to help with the fibrosis and breaking it up. I’m doing my review.

I ordered some knee braces with massages and heating pads from Amazon those come in tomorrow. I’ll let you know how those work I knees are still really swollen and hurt really bad.

They forgot to get a few stitches out and they started to become in bedded into my skin so that areas that they did not get out right away or hard and lumpy and very very sore.

I only got to see the doctor twice the day before my surgery when he came to talk to me about my breast, and then the day of surgery I saw him for about five minutes before I was put onto the table and fell asleep. He came into mark up my body.

I’m still really swollen everywhere. My stomach hurts really bad because of the fibrosis is not able to expand so it hurts to even breath.

My arms and thighs are rock hard and hurts really bad.

My discharge papers say that I can sit on my butt after two weeks, but that’s impossible to do. The butt is extremely sore and you can barely touch it.

When I asked Erica Gomez, how I would sleep she said they would give me a special pillow where I would be able to sleep on my side since I couldn’t sleep on my back or stomach come to find out that was not true. I was not allowed to sleep on my side, and they never gave me a special pillow. They gave me around BBL pillow a regular BBL pillow and a wedge wedge was very useless. I couldn’t find anything to do with it..

I read online about the body pillow, but that didn’t work either. It was way too small.

I ask Erica Gomez if the nurse would be showering mean everything if I had her come over and pay for a few more days she said yes so I went ahead and paid for six days for the nurse to come but the nurse told me she does not do that she will just watch me and then take my vitals so I only ended up having a nurse come out the one time and then ask for a refund. They told me they would give me a refund on 10/16 I still haven’t received that yet.

I get sharp sciatic nerve pains in my but still it hurts. It goes away and then comes back. It’s very random.

This has been a very hard ordeal I was going to take off the breast and just do the aveli body tight Lipo 360 and the super charged bbl first then do the breast implants in January but I went ahead and did the breast along with the supercharged BBL since I thought I was going to get a special pillow to sleep on my side and that everything is going to be OK.

I am 4’10 111lbs 32C when I went to have surgery.

I know way 122 I saw a lot of swelling. And I believe I am a 36 triple D.

I was going to choose 585 cc when the doctor Frank Angulo came in and convinced me to go ahead and do the 635 cc to give me the cleavage that I wanted. I’m really glad that he did that. I absolutely love my breast implants so far, those my butt and my calves have been my favorite feature, the cellulite has been improving week by week and I’m extremely excited about that.

If I would’ve known about the massage gun, I would’ve never done the lymphatic massages. It was a waste of money and time I stayed out there an extra three weeks just so I can get them done and they did absolutely nothing for me the massage gun I bought from Walmart has been a lifesaver, I bought a second one from Amazon just so that when when is charging I can use the other one I’m trying to get rid of this fibrosis it is extremely uncomfortable .

The implants I did was the areola lift with an internal mesh bra.

The nipples look weird right now, but they will look better. Once I’m able to start using the scar cream. They told me to wait till week five to start doing that.

I am now 4 weeks post-op and have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr. Agullo and his team. Over the course of 3 years through diet and exercise, I have lost over 130 pounds. With that weight loss came a lot of excess skin which I needed the help of a plastic surgeon to get rid of. This was my third skin removal surgery. Unfortunately, for my first two surgeries, I used a different surgeon, where I did not receive good follow-up care and ended up with complications.

Dr. Agullo is truly a master at his craft. I am early in my recovery and I already see the huge aesthetic improvements from the procedures he performed. I had an arm lift, spiral thigh lift, glute lift, and augmentation. The scars are pencil-thin, and as they heal, will continue to lighten and hardly be noticeable. The loose skin rolls on the back of my thighs are gone, my butt is lifted and no more hanging skin on the back of my arms. I can’t wait to get back into the gym and actually see the results from all my hard work. It won’t be hidden under the excess skin anymore!

The follow-up care I have received here has been outstanding! These are medical procedures and require medical follow-up care. Nurse Practitioners Margie and Yvonne are outstanding and have provided me with skilled medical care, kindness, and patience. Nurse Maria who performs the at-home checks was a true godsend and got me through that first week. Nurses, Pamela and Ellie, are so kind and help you feel comfortable during office checkups. My lymphatic massages with Vanessa are always so enjoyable and relaxing. The ladies up front are always so welcoming and willing to work out scheduling with you.

The bottom line is I highly recommend Dr. Agullo! I am so grateful to him and his team. After the experience I had with another surgeon, I was extremely nervous going into this surgery. I couldn’t be happier with my results or the care I received at Southwest Plastic Surgery!

I am on My first week I got lipo 360 635CC breast implants and a supercharged bbl with j plasma and body tight to my arms knees and thighs it has been a very painful process hard to do anything since I can’t be on my but I’d stomach. So far I annually love my breast. The rest is too soon to form am opinion

I am day 5 out of surgery, and I couldn't be more pleased with my results. I had previous illegal silicone injected into my body in 2015 it was causing me a lot of pain and inflammation so finally reached the decision, to have it removed by: Dr.Frank Agullo. This doctor is a true miracle worker and his staff is very Kind. I'm glad I chose him. replaced my loss of volume with 550 cc buttock implants i'm extremely pleased with my results so far. and will update as time passes.

I was very worried to get a tummy tuck, but did a lot of research and settled on Southwest Plastic Surgery and Dr Agullo. He did an amazing job with the procedure, I could not be more happy!!
Moreover, the staff at the clinic, are incredible! They are very responsive, professional and seem to know what they are doing!
A Nurse came to my house the day after the procedure to check on me and explain required care. Then I was scheduled regularly for checkups to check everything. They said the "drain" would need to be in for 3-6 weeks and mine was in almost 6 weeks and I am still being seen to ensure fluid drainage and proper heeling. I had read of other people being treated in other clinics that received no after care, so this is overwhelmingly a huge positive!
Everyone from the front desk staff, to the massage therapist to the amazing NP that sees and evaluates my recovery are truly the best.

NP Yvonne Mazza is amazing. My procedure was perfect and the results are incredible. I don't remember ever meeting the Dr after my initial consult (I am sure I did before the surgery, but was most likely already counting backwards from ten...haha.) All went great, but I really want to commend and recommend NP Yvonne Mazza, she saw and treated me daily at about the 8 (?) week point, to drain any excess fluid after the drain was removed. She is a true professional and takes the time to prep and care for each patient. I also unfortunately developed a blood clot, and she sent me immediately to get an ultrasound and to get follow on treatment for it and recommended home care which worked out great.
She and the team of nurses and aides are very responsive and professional. I could not be more happy,

My experience with Dr. Agullo and his staff has been absolutely amazing, everything from the consultation to pre op, to surgery, to after care has been perfect. 5 star work, 5 star care, 5 star service!!!

I first contacted Dr. Agullo on Instagram and I thought I was talking to an assistant however I was shocked to find out that Dr. Runs his own social media which says a lot about his integrity and care for his business.

I went in for a consultation and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the start. I felt so comfortable immediately.

I met with the nurse practitioner which I was hesitant about at first however she was extremely knowledgeable and confident which put my mind at ease. She also communicated my desired results with Dr to give me the best reccomendations. After this I was all in. I instantly knew that everyone truly cared about getting me the best results possible.

When I met Dr. For surgery I felt as if I already met him. He helped me pick a size and made sure to answer any questions I had.

After surgery care exceeded any expectation I had. The nurses were so attentive and caring. I was provided a number I can call at anytime for emergencies. I had 1 scare because I didn't know I would drain out from the lipo and they answered me immediately. My family could not beleive how caring and attentive this facility was.

I am 3 weeks post op and my results are GORGEOUS!!! My breast look natural and full, the donut lift looks beautiful, mY incisions are so small, the lipo is healing nicely.

Im 31 years old and have been wanting larger breast since I was 20 years old 3 kids later I had no more volume on my breasts...i have canceled 3 times my breast augmentations due to bad anxiety...going under general anesthesia is my biggest fear..i did my research for years and I always wanted to meet dr agullo..due to Covid I couldnt your only able to do face time so i decided to book my surgery instead of meeting him I knew hes the one I wanted my surgery with...my surgery was schedule to 8 in the morning...i cried since 5 am tall is got to the office I was so nervous but tired of canceling knowing breast surgery is what I always wanted...his nurse that assisted me had the softest voice she didnt make feel dumb for saying I was terrified..i went to the restroom and prayed one more time.. she sounded so peaceful I calmed down for a little bit and when I met the anesthesiologist he assured me he was going to be with me my whole surgery and he seemed so honest and kept making eye contact with me assuring me he was going to keep track of everything..when i met Dr agullo he was very nice hardly talked to him he did his markings and was ready to go I heard him from accross the room saying he was ready ill hyped up and that made me feel like he knew exactly was he was doing a professional...went I went into the surgery room the anesthesiologist knew i was terrified and told me he would give me something to calm me down as soon as I layed down I was gone...it was all so fast dr agullo has the best team working for him in that surgery room...his work is amazing I love my boobs so much and its berly day 2 :)

When I woke up from surgery is was in a lot of chest and back pain my arms where numbed , the nurse gave me morphine and that helped all the way home then I started ibuprofen as soon as I got home.. I didnt know I could take the tylenol codeine since I was taking ibuprofen so my first 24 hours where painful..my back was what I felt the most and burning on the cuts...the next morning the nurse checked up on me and advice I could take the tylenol with codeine 3 hours after ibuprofen...ive been in hardly any pain ever since i started taking both pain meds..wished I would of taken them since the first day to avoid the pain. Took a shower day 2 and changed bras..i love my boobs..pain level from 1 to 10 is a 2

This is kind of the size is want u hope my boobs fluff this big...i went with 700ccs under the muscle ive seen on google review boobs get bigger after 4 months im really looking foward to it. I like the exaggerating cleavage and volume look.

Im now only taking 1 ibuprofen a day the pain level after the medication runs off is like a 2 and it feels more like my boobs are full of milk... I can still see the implant way up there I only take my strap of when I shower but the cleavage is starting to show :))) im ready to stop out atleast for a walk im going crazy at home I get a lot of anxiety nit doing anything at home..im thankful to have lots of help to cook and clean. I have a lot of back pain I will definitely get some appointments w a chiropractor after I heal.

They look so much better my nipple still points down but I can see changes on them already the size really compliments my body cant wait to try in all the new outfits i ordered..i was able to put some make up on today and my daughter did my hair so I didn't feel so busted today.

I feel great today , my left bottom boob feels stiff but I can handle it , I was able to shower alone and no help from my man felt great, im able to lift my arms a little more even was able to put a towel on my hair and today I took a nap on my bed ugh how I miss that but I do need help to get up, I bought a pillow for me to sit on it it nights buts its uncomfortable to sleep in in the bed so I used it on my sofa and it feels amazing, it has a back and to sides to rest the arms fits perfect on a recliner.i always thought I could handle a month before they stop looking like frankein stein boobs but dam im so impatient I hate that they feel hard but at least I can see the them changing slowly.

I forgot to post my 8day follow up ...didnt get to see the surgeon it was a nurse who did my follow my follow up..the boobs look great in pictures but I originally had my left boob smaller than my right
.i had mentioned it to my surgeon and he said he would see if it was necessary to put a bigger implant once hes doing the surgery...well most of my swelling is gone and now I can see my left boob is smaller than my right specially if i lean forward thats when you can see it so much ...im hopping once they fluff they are hardly noticeable :( I wished he would of put a bigger implant on my left boob..

My swelling is definitely going down , my left boob was really bothering me for the past 3 days now I woke up feeling better , in really unsatisfied with my results now that my swelling has gone down my left boob is why smaller...i took a picture to show it to my surgeon if I ever get to see him again, im grateful that I woke up from surgery but it was so hard for me to decide to do this and I never had communication with the aurgeon till 5 minutes before my surgery, hes suppose to be the best in El paso where im from but how is that even professional his surgery's are the most expensive surgeries here the regular prices are like 4k for boobs here and ive seen great boobs. I was really expecting for almost 8k atleast even boobs, I had told the nurse before my surgery my left boob was smaller and then I told the surgeon that I needed more ccs on my left and he said hell add some if he needed to but I woke up with both 700ccs i feel like that could have been avoided simply by him making himself available before surgery to see what his clients wants and needs not just throu pictures I do see he knows he is a celebrity here so were just a number. My boobs look perfect standing up because its only the front view. On my next 1 month post Imma show him pictures of different angles ..

They are dropping still very high I feel like the right breast is very high im still using my bra and the strap that pushes your boobs down I really love how they look from the front i hope that when they fluff they look even laying down and looking down

3 weeks I was able to keep my surgical tape on it started getting darker so I finally removed it, I drove today but it makes my boobs feel so tight all over again, besides that they feel so good on me already my body is used to them they are still high but feel less hard and look nice without sports bra , my scar looks amazing for 3 weeks im using a cream the surgeon gives you on a bag a cream for stretch marks and a scar cream i cant wait to see how they heal

They are starting to be able to touch eachother when I push them close I can see some side cleavage which is what I wanted ..trying ahirts is fun i went to victorias secret and I measure 36 c when I used to be a 34b so didnt buy anything i dont want to be a c im hoping I can get bigger by 3 months post op

Lots of swelling went down.. I feel them so small compared to my friends and it have bigger implants then them..i wished I would off picked 800ccs to get the look I was going for..im used to them now they kind of burn when it wipe down furniture or do a lot...i look and compare my boobs to a lot of girl at same weeks post up... I hope they do fluff and look bigger

They are starting to look great i still feel one tit bigger but they are getting softer and more natural looking....nipples are still very sensitive and sometimes the boobs feels irritated I cant touch

I love my boobs now… they have soften up and fluff u can hardly see the left is a little smaller .. I wear push up bras and they look huge well I’m glad I didn’t go any bigger because there is days they are very sensitive and hurt when they rub against the bottom boob

I had another baby after my surgery and they fluffed very natural and look super natural and still wished I would have gotten 1000ccs in 5-2 150 pounds I’m a also curentlt a 34ddd my boobs feel comfortable and mine. Can’t wait to get bigger boobs

It’s been over a year since my breast Augmentation I have to say I love them and look so natural, but I wish I could’ve asked for a bigger more fuller size. Dr. Agullo did a great job and I am happy!

Hi everyone! I just had my surgery Monday March 29th 2021, and I was extremely excited. I'm an out of state patient however I felt everything was taken care of by his office and any questions I had were answered promptly by phone or email. My surgery went amazing, I'm still healing so I will continue to update along the way, but I had a breast augmentation with an areola lift, BBL, lipo everywhere, and a short scar arm lift. Overall post op, I feel very well, and I'll update with results when I'm done with the swelling
