Excellent Care and Great Experience
My husband and I are careful when choosing our healthcare providers, so we spent a lot of time researching before deciding on Dr. Agullo. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose a surgical plan that felt right for me. The care before and after surgery has been excellent. Everyone on the team, from the surgical staff and nurse practitioner to the CMAs and front desk, has been kind, helpful, and always willing to answer my questions. I

I Am Ecstatic About my Results!
I flew in from Seattle after researching everywhere. My consultation was virtual and I felt great after talking to Dr. Agullo. The staff was very attentive and helped me coordinate everything. Once I arrived, I was blown away by the facility! My surgery went well and I had a snatched waist immediately. Dr. Agullo performed a full mommy makeover with rib repositioning, lipo 360, Renuvion J-Plasma, BBL, tummy tuck and breast augmentation with a doughnut lift. I think the procedure

SNATCHED Waist Immediately After Surgery!
Can't praise Dr. Agullo enough for his artistic ability and my results! I had a tummy tuck, muscle repair, hernia repair, ,mons fat pad removal, and lipo 360 performed on 1/9/25. His entire staff is absolutely insanely nice and responsive and I felt very comfortable being an out of town patient. I researched him for about 1.5 yrs before flying from east coast to TX for the procedure. I stayed in El Paso for a week before flying home without issues. I'm currently 2 WPO and feeling

5 Star +++ Plastic Surgeon and Follow Up Care Team
I am now 4 weeks post-op and have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr. Agullo and his team. Over the course of 3 years through diet and exercise, I have lost over 130 pounds. With that weight loss came a lot of excess skin which I needed the help of a plastic surgeon to get rid of. This was my third skin removal surgery. Unfortunately, for my first two surgeries, I used a different surgeon, where I did not receive good follow-up care and ended up with complications. Dr.

Tummy tuck - I was scheduled regularly for checkups
I was very worried to get a tummy tuck, but did a lot of research and settled on Southwest Plastic Surgery and Dr Agullo. He did an amazing job with the procedure, I could not be more happy!! Moreover, the staff at the clinic, are incredible! They are very responsive, professional and seem to know what they are doing! A Nurse came to my house the day after the procedure to check on me and explain required care. Then I was scheduled regularly for checkups to check everything.
