I had nose surgery 2 years ago and my doctor was Ahmet Altintas. My surgery process and pre-surgery were very good for me. I went into surgery without any worries because Dr. ahmet makes you very comfortable about surgery. I was very happy with the result, my nose was exactly what I wanted. Le docteur Ahmet Altintas est un excellent docteur. Il communique très bien sur le processus de l'opération. J'ai pour ma part suivi une septoplasty, car je n'arrivais pas à respirer normalement. Je me sens beaucoup mieux depuis l'opération, je dors beaucoup mieux.

My experience with this surgeon was nothing less than traumatizing, so here is how things went so you can make an informed decision before you book your appointment.
I had multiple rhinoplasties because I broke my nose as a kid and had complications. My surgery with Altintas was my 5th, and I knew exactly what I wanted. I had no bridge and had a clear alar-retraction only on one side which caused apparent asymmetry in the nostrils. I did my research and asked a lot and knew ahead of time that I needed a specific procedure called “the Turkish Delight,” which is grinding soft tissues from rib cartilage and then wrapping the powder with a fine thin piece of cartilage to create a steady and good bridge. I knew, as I was told by doctors I consulted online, that if this wasn’t done properly, my nose would be ruined and would become crooked. I asked Altintas, and he confirmed and said he knows how to do this and promised me I would get the results I was asking for.

Well, I ended up with a crooked nose. Now my nose is double the size it was before my surgery with him, and it is completely tilted to the left. The crookedness and the asymmetry in my nose is in every single part.

I had my surgery with this doctor two and a half years ago, and I am still in disbelief at how bad the results are.

I contacted the clinic again and asked for my surgery report. After many attempts, I was sent a forged report that includes only a couple of sentences stating that I had a hump on my nose that was removed during the surgery, which is of course not the case at all.
