I have large bumps on both sides of my nose that I want to get rid of. The bumps aren't really noticeable in my side profile but from the front it's very noticeable, especially in certain lightings. I don't want a small nose and I don't want to change the shape of my nose too much. I just don't like the side bumps and I might want the side profile to look a little more feminine. I also have been having breathing problems last three years.

Answer: Would you consider a permanent non-surgical nose job? If you're looking to keep the overall size of your nose the same and only camouflage those bumps, microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe considered for permanently feeling in the indentations below these bumps and making them less visible. Answer: Rhinoplasty to improve shape... The bumps are actually quite common and are the junction of where the bone and cartilage meets in the nose. These can be taken down during rhinoplasty. The nose can also be made a little smaller and more feminine while keeping it look natural at the same time. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
