hi,please answer me im so worried,8 months ago i had nose job and Before the operation, my nose was slightly crooked and long And now the right side of the nose is completely sloping and beautiful, but the left side is raised and bumpy, especially when there is light behind me, this bump is very big. I wanted to know if this is swelling or not, is it a cartilage and is it permanent? And this is the final form of my nose? Thank you for your answer

The area where the red arrow points is largely made of cartilage. When we consider rasping, it usually implies a bony hump on the upper 1/3 of the nose which is made of bone not cartilage. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for eliminating the appearance...
The bump appears to be the dome of your right lower lateral cartilage. That being said, you appear to have a saddle nose deformity - collapse of the middle 1/3 of your nose - which can occur from loss of cartilaginous septal support.
See your rhinoplasty surgery for an evaluation.
I think it may be cartilage since it is firm to the touch and doesn't move. Since you are two years after your surgery and since you have relatively thin skin, I do not think there is a significant amount of swelling left in your nose. Please consider bringing these concerns to your rhinoplasty...
