I'm 20F and my neck has looked like this my entire life, I am a normal weight yet it is noticeably very fat with extra skin. Neck lift? Lipo? What can fix this permanently

Answer: Neck I would recommend a necklift. This is the best way to sculpt the underlying muscle, contour the fat, and redrape the skin appropriately.

Bipolar radiofrequency energy reduces the thickness of the fat layer under the skin and also tightens the skin-soft tissue envelope. I usually perform liposuction alongside this procedure for best results. There is no reason to create an incision/scar or remove skin.

Answer: Neck creases and excess fat I would suggest that conservative liposuction can absolutely help with your issue. You are only 20 years old so removing all of the fat will leave you skeletonized and unnatural. Horizontal neck lines are extremely difficult to get rid of permanently. The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia.

You are only 20 years old so removing all of the fat will leave you skeletonized and unnatural. Horizontal neck lines are extremely difficult to get rid of permanently. I believe you would benefit greatly from vaser liposuction to remove the excess fat and significantly improve the contour. I would not remove any skin in this instance.
