Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
I would recommend a necklift. This is the best way to sculpt the underlying muscle, contour the fat, and redrape the skin appropriately.
Hello, hope you are well. A great option for this type of anatomy is NeckTite. This is a minimally-invasive (incisionless) procedure performed under local anesthesia. Bipolar radiofrequency energy reduces the thickness of the fat layer under the skin and also tightens the skin-soft tissue envelope. I usually perform liposuction alongside this procedure for best results. There is no reason to create an incision/scar or remove skin.Best,Dr. Tower
I would suggest that conservative liposuction can absolutely help with your issue. You are only 20 years old so removing all of the fat will leave you skeletonized and unnatural. Horizontal neck lines are extremely difficult to get rid of permanently. The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia.
Good afternoon! Great question. You are overall very young with what appears to be excellent skin quality based upon the photographs. I believe you would benefit greatly from vaser liposuction to remove the excess fat and significantly improve the contour. I would not remove any skin in this instance. Not only would that be a greater scar burden, but with your youth and skin I anticipate it would contract down nicely and give you the result you are looking for. Thanks, and I hope this helps!
It is very likely that a combination of aggressive liposuction and correction of deep creases with injection of nano fat grafts would created some improvement of your condition. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this condition is recommended. Good luck.
