As a women in her mid forties I started really hating the saggy skin under my chin specificaly the platysmal neck bands. I had has some lipo done under my chin a few years ago and then had the neck tight performed to help the appearance. I recently had a deep plane facelift, brow lift, lower blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser with Dr. Tower and the experience has been very good. I never thought I would even consider plastic surgery.
