I did thorough research in the Massachusetts area to find a surgeon who is technically highly skilled, up to date on the latest techniques, and known for achieving a natural, refreshed, and elegant look. Dr. Jacob Tower was the best match, and I’m so glad I chose him for my face and neck lift. Dr. Tower was approachable, friendly, and never pushy. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly both before and after the procedure. Even at just two weeks post-op, my results already look excellent, which really speaks to his skill—he is truly very good at what he does. I also greatly appreciated his patient coordinator, Uzma, who was kind, professional, responsive, and not pushy at all. Dr. Tower exceeded all of my expectations for this surgery. He was compassionate and confident at all times. The pre-op and post-op appointments were very thorough. My surgery needs were quite complex to correct a crooked nose, deviated septum, and some re-shaping and size reduction of the nose tip. Compared to other reputable surgeons that I had consultations with, Dr. Tower stood out as a specialist for rhinoplasty for fixing a crooked nose based on his knowledge and successful surgeries for patients with similar needs. He was confident that he could get me a symmetrical result that fit my face and looked natural. Thanks to his skill and precision, my recovery was much easier than I had anticipated– minimal swelling and the incision scar healed quickly. I was back to a normal schedule within 3 weeks. My nose is straight and balanced now and also looks much better from a side profile view. The patient care coordinator, Cristina, was super helpful, positive and professional. I’m very impressed with the result of the surgery and more than happy to recommend Dr. Tower and his team!

My rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Tower was nothing short of amazing. During our initial consult I felt he understood my goals immediately with the confidence to execute it. He certainly did! I love my new nose. The day of surgery was easy and peaceful in their surgery suite and the nurses were wonderful. I felt very confident and at ease putting my face in Dr. Tower’s hands. My recovery was easy with very little pain. My surgical coordinator, Uzma, was very kind answering all questions I had and getting everything in order for me. Very helpful she is so quick to respond as well! Dr. Tower has a true eye for the small details, and precision to perform. He is so easy to talk to, immensely talented, a total dream! I highly recommend him.

As a women in her mid forties I started really hating the saggy skin under my chin specificaly the platysmal neck bands. I had has some lipo done under my chin a few years ago and then had the neck tight performed to help the appearance. I was still unsatisified with the results and I consulted with Dr. Tower on my best options and decided on the neck lift. The surgery center itself was quick and the surgey suite and staff could not have been better. Recovery was very easy, I was up and about the next day and driving. Your hair covers most of the swelling and brusing and I was able to go about my regular activities without anyone outside my home knowing. The bruising was gone by day 6 with most of the swelling and by two weeks I had forgot I had it done. I could not be happier with the results. I look the same just 10 years younger. My bands are gone and I have a nicely contoured jawline as well as an overall tightened appearance in my lower face.

I did extensive research and met with many other plastic surgeons before meeting with Dr. Tower. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and listened to my needs. Although I was quoted slightly higher with Dr. Tower compared to the other surgeons, based on how I was greeted and treated throughout the process, I was willing to pay the price because I knew I was in good hands, and they made me feel comfortable and confident with my procedure. With the Buccal Fat Removal, the first day was the most uncomfortable, but thereafter, the healing process was fast. My face is a little slimmer, and I no longer bite my inner cheek. Such a big win! If you are thinking about it, do it. He will be honest about your results and expectations.

I recently had a deep plane facelift, brow lift, lower blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser with Dr. Tower and the experience has been very good. I never thought I would even consider plastic surgery. You have to completely trust the doctor because this is your face and there is no hiding it, and Dr. Tower earned that trust completely. Dr. Tower is double board certified and specializes in facelifts. His expertise was clear from the very first appointment. He made me feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the process. I had a surgery with Dr. Tower in January of 2025, and was asked to leave a review shortly after. I tried, but couldn't find the words. I've had time to settle into my new face now, and I think I can finally describe what this incredible doctor has done for me. To start with, he was extremely flexible with scheduling, even coming back from parental leave temporarily just to fit me in in time for my move two months later. I didn't realize I was asking for this until he'd already given me the date, and I can't thank him enough for that kindness. Before the surgery, I couldn't bear to look at myself for too long. I styled my hair with heavy blunt bangs, got big round glasses, threaded my eyebrows, and tried to only look at myself from certain angles to prevent myself from spiraling. So much effort was exhausted just to distract from this one feature. When I saw the sample pictures for this surgery, they seemed downright miraculous. The team, including the patient coordinator, Carole, worked miracles to get me this surgery in an extremely tight timeframe. After the swelling went down, I got to really appreciate what Dr. Tower had done for me. This surgery gave me far more than a simple brow reduction. I began balding at the age of 20 due to dysphoria-induced stress, and neither minoxidil nor hormones had fully fixed it. With this surgery, it was restored beyond its original position. My forehead is smaller and I actively show it off now, with a side part instead of a heavy bang that hides it. The change in the brow itself and the shape of my forehead is incredible; one of my most hated features has become something I flaunt. I can't praise enough Dr. Tower's magnificent work here. Even more than this, though, I still can't find the words to describe what he did to my eyes. This was part of the surgery I had barely considered, but the way he rearranged the orbital bones changed everything. My eyes are more almond shaped, with a slight downward tilt towards the middle that's extremely feminine. There's a brightness in my smile that just wasn't there before. My makeup looks better on me with subtler application; my glasses look better on me; my other features all seem to fall in line. I could go on. This singular surgery achieved more than I could've ever hoped for, and the team at the Spiegel Center moved mountains to make it happen. My eyebrows are higher and more arched, my hairline is far more feminine, my forehead is smaller, and my eyes glow like they never used to. If you told me a single operation could achieve this, I wouldn't have believed you. I truly feel transformed, and I'm so much more comfortable with myself than I used to be in ways I never considered. This is the highest praise I can muster, and it still feels insufficient. Thank you, Dr. Tower, and to everyone at the Spiegel Center who helped change my life. For a trans woman, I really think there are no better hands you could be in.

I’m one week post op with Dr. Tower at the Spiegel Center and wanted to share my experience. I’m a cisgender female and for as long as I can remember I’ve been insecure about my prominent brow bone and forehead ridge. It casted shadows on my face, made me feel like I looked angry, and gave me this heavy /more masculine look, something I’ve wanted to change for years. When I found the Spiegel Center and learned that Dr. Tower is double board certified and specializes in head and neck surgery, I immediately felt confident that I’d be in good hands. From my first consultation with him, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to go with. Not only is he an incredible and talented surgeon but he’s genuine, humble, personable, and made me feel completely at ease. My vision and his approach aligned, that good gut feeling was there from the start. The whole process from working with Carole, my patient care coordinator, to scheduling and communication was smooth. I never ran into any issues or delays. On the day of surgery I was definitely anxious since it was my first ever surgery, but the entire OR team was amazing!! I felt so safe & comfortable. The surgery itself was honestly not bad at ALL. I expected to be in way more pain, but I managed perfectly fine with and was able to manage with Tylenol starting day 2. Now at one week post op, most of my bruising and swelling are already gone and I’m BEYOND happy with how everything looks so far. I’m honestly blown away with how a natural subtle change made my whole face appear brighter, my eyes more open and just this overall refreshed look. I went from constantly checking my reflection or avoiding pictures because I hated how my forehead looked, to finally feeling so much more confident in my appearance. If you’re considering forehead contouring or brow bone reduction with orbital rim contouring, I truly couldn’t recommend Dr. Tower and the Spiegel Center more. I’m forever grateful I found them:)

I had a deep plane facelift, lip and brow lift with under eye fat transfer on 4/1/25. I absolutely love my results! I really love the lip and brow lift… subtle but make a huge difference. I highly recommend Dr Tower. He is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon. For your face you need a facial plastic surgeon!
