My underchin area is very round, despite having a fairly normal body fat % (15-20). A few months ago I had some chin filler to fix some recession in my chin and I like the projection, however, the area below my chin leaves me with an odd side profile. I'm already planning on getting a chin implant to yield more permanent results regarding the projection of my chin. But would a larger implant, giving me more projection, resolve this? Or is a neck lift necessary as well?
