Question

I had full face and neck lift done in October 2024. Since all of the swelling has gone my neck is saggy again. The muscle below my chin line was tightened and still feels tightened. I was cut completely around my ears and they have healed great. It's just the sagging skin on my neck. They are doing Skintyte Laser on me and then want to do fat transfer. Thoughts?

The muscle contour looks defined, which supports your comment about the deep plane lift or platysma work being intact.
The visible issue seems more related to loose skin, especially under the chin and along the front of the neck.

What Else You Might Need to Consider:

*RF Microneedling (Morpheus8 or Profound RF): Penetrates deeper and tightens skin more effectively than SkinTyte alone.

*Hyperdilute Radiesse: Injected superficially into the neck, it helps thicken and tighten thin skin.

*Revision lift: Only if non-invasive methods don’t help and if there’s enough excess skin to justify it — but this should be a last resort.
