I cannot rave enough about my experience with Dr. Endress and Lavie. I am three weeks post-op of a breast lift with a fat transfer and liposuction of my abdomen. I initially went into Dr. Endress to discuss an MMO, and immediately was at ease with his bedside manner and approach. We go into plastic surgery with a lot of vulnerability, exposing the most insecure part of ourselves and saying, "Look really close, see it!". He was very professional yet personable and right away told me he thought lipo was a better approach for my abdomen and I didn't need a tummy tuck. I was impressed he didn't just give me what I asked but offered up a less invasive, more affordable, and just as effective approach. The surgery was an easy process, the facility is immaculate and the OR staff are wonderful. Post-care has been equally as masterful. Working with Celene, the in-house therapist, has been a godsend. Post care is something we forget as we are excited to have the surgery and see the results but the road to get there is important. Lavie includes lymphatic massage sessions in their post-care and Celene even has come to my house. She's been on hand to help with compression garments, questions about movement and has been my buddy throughout this process. I love her! I know we all are wary about a doctor or a facility with fewer reviews but I assure you, Dr. Endress (as well as the other surgeons at Lavie) are massively experienced. He is the Head of Surgery at Swedish (all the doctors work in reconstructive trauma surgery) working with the most fragile of cases. If he can trusted to run this type of practice at a hospital, he can be trusted to reboot my breasts! In short, trust him. Trust Lavie. I cannot be happier with all of it. Thank you, Dr. Endress!

Very happy with my results, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Ryan to all my friends and family. The office is very clean, the staff are very helpful, and the whole process is very easy.

I just for my Breast Augmentation from Dr. Endress and I couldn’t be more satisfied and thrilled with the results! I’m obsessed with my new boobies!!! The over all personal care and attention was above and beyond from every single staff member. A huge thank you to everyone at Lavie Institute for making my dream become a reality. Hello real self community. I’ve decided to write a review/journey to my breast fat transfer. I’ve booked my surgery with Dr. Endress and I am so excited! I decided to write a review because this office is brand new so they do not have ANY reviews. So I’m hoping this review will help others if they are deciding on this surgery. Before I get any further with this, I did went to three different consultations last year and ended up choosing Dr. Geers. For personal reasons, I had to cancel the appointment. Just this month, I contacted Sherri, Dr. Geer's nurse via email, to let her know I can do the surgery this year. She said someone would reach out to me to schedule another consultation. I never received a call. I called and left a message for the front deck but never got a call back either unfortunately. While I was waiting, LaVie popped up on my google search and I decided to go in for the consultation. I researched Dr. Endress and was impressed with his credentials so I requested him. During the consultation, Tatiana was great and answered all my quesstions. Dr. Endress explained to me that because I'm skinny, he will try to get as much cc to my breast as possible. He thinks he can inject 150-175 cc to each breast. My consultation with him was short but that's because I forgot to ask all the questions I had. I emailed him afterwards and he quickly responded. The only thing is he has no before and after photos because he previously worked at the Swedish Hospital. I took me not being able to do surgery last year and Dr. Geer's office not calling me back as a sign from the universe that maybe I was just waiting for Dr. Endress. I can't say exactly why but my intution told me to go with him and on the same day, I put down my deposit and booked the surgery! After kids and breastfeeding, my breasts have disappeared and my stomach looks bloated. Dr. Endress told me my diastasis recti is minimal (about 2 cm) so I opted for the breast fat transfer only. Surgery booked for April! I can't rate yet on the surgery. Updated on 13 Mar 2024: My surgery is in 3 weeks! Dr. Endress will get fat from my abdomen, flanks (front and back) and thighs. I will post an update if you gals find it helpful. I’m skinny so I don’t see a lot of cases like me on Realself Updated on 4 Apr 2024: 150 cc was put in each of my breast. I think he said a total of 700 cc was taken out but after cleaning it, only 300 was viable. Hoping most of it stays. Recovery isn’t bad at all. Last night I took an oxy but today I’ve only been taking Tylenol for pain Updated on 4 Apr 2024: 150cc was injected in each of my breast. I think Dr, Endress told me he was able to remove 700cc but after cleaning the fat, 300 cc was viable. I’m hoping most of the fat stay. I do see a difference. Recovery hasn’t been bad. I took an oxy last night but only Tylenol today for pain. I can’t rate the surgery yet as I’m still swollen so I don’t know what the final result will be. Dr. Endress and his team are great though.
