What is the youngest age for nose job?

Rhinoplasty
surgery can be performed as early as
age 15 in females and age17 in males. This should be done in the hands of a
Board Certified
Plastic Surgeon or Otolaryngologist

Typically, we wait until a girl is 15 1/2 or a boy is 16 1/2 for rhinoplasty. By that time most, if not all of the nasal growth is complete, and rhinoplasty will have no long term effects if done properly. Just as important as the age is the maturity of the teenager. As long as the surgery is being done for the right reasons and he/she understands the risks, then it can be a great procedure. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Developmentally, girls can undergo a rhinoplasty as early as
the age 15 and boys as early as 18 years old. These reflect the ages when
growing slows for girls and boys respectively, which is also indicated by not
growing taller, shoe size remaining constant, etc. However, emotional maturity
plays a large role in deciding at what age a person is ready to undergo a
rhinoplasty or any other procedure. When making big decisions that will
permanently alter the way you look, it is important to understand the outcomes
of such big procedures.

Waiting for you to be "fully grown" has been demonstrated to have little effect on the outcome of rhinoplasty in a teenager as long as you are at or close to the above ages. For teens, its more about the emotional maturity and motivation for seeking rhinoplasty. Of course as a minor, you would need parental permission and hopefully guidance.

This is a common question.  Typically, for a girl, rhinoplasty may be performed after they have stopped growing in height for at least a year or a year after their first menstrual period.  There also must be a level of emotional maturity and parental support.  Boys mature more slowly, so they are usually done a bit later.  Nonetheless, in either case, growth should have ceased.  Best wishes.

15-16 can be old enough to get a rhinoplasty, provided that your face and nose have grown sufficiently in order to have the procedure done. Additionally, the patient needs to be emotionally mature enough to handle the recovery period. If these criteria are met, then that age should be fine. Obviously, a parent should be involved throughout the process.

I generally perform nasal surgery on female patients who are at least 16, although the minimum age for male patients is a bit higher. This is due to the age at which the nose finishes growing, and growth spurts can affect the shape and results of the nose.

 Most girls quit growing by 15-1/2-16 years of age which is acceptable to undergo a rhinoplasty. Most young men  finish growing  at 17-18, so It is important  wait a little longer.
