Would I be a good candidate for rhinoseptoplasty to straighten my nose? (Photo)

Would I be a good candidate for rhinoseptoplasty to straighten my nose? I went to an ENT for breathing issues out of nose and he said I have a deviated septum. I’ve Wanted to get my nose fixed for a while, but is the cosmetic portion recovery that much worse than a septoplasty? Thanks
